Giuseppe Zangara Posted January 30, 2004 Report Posted January 30, 2004 This went well the last time.
Guest Flyboy Posted January 30, 2004 Report Posted January 30, 2004 Why did you leave me for Kinetic?
Boner Kawanger Posted January 30, 2004 Report Posted January 30, 2004 Alright, Squirtle, where the hell is Incandenza?
Spaceman Spiff Posted January 30, 2004 Report Posted January 30, 2004 Who's cooler: Incandenza, Squirtle!, or Eyeball Kid?
Giuseppe Zangara Posted January 30, 2004 Author Report Posted January 30, 2004 Why did you leave me for Kinetic? I don't know what Kinetic's been telling you, but there's nothing between us. He's far too feminine for my liking.
Slayer Posted January 30, 2004 Report Posted January 30, 2004 I'd ask him a question if he was around
Giuseppe Zangara Posted January 30, 2004 Author Report Posted January 30, 2004 Alright, Squirtle, where the hell is Incandenza? This is the last known photo of Incandenza, taken just two days ago: Shortly after this photo was taken, Incandenza proceeded to lead his team to victory in a game of Pop Culture Trivial Pursuit.
Giuseppe Zangara Posted January 30, 2004 Author Report Posted January 30, 2004 Who's cooler: Incandenza, Squirtle!, or Eyeball Kid? You do know they're all the same guy, right?
Slayer Posted January 30, 2004 Report Posted January 30, 2004 Alright, Squirtle, where the hell is Incandenza? Last I checked, this isn't the "Ask Squirtle" thread
Giuseppe Zangara Posted January 30, 2004 Author Report Posted January 30, 2004 My old friend Shadow Sovereign is viewing this thread. I invite him to ask a question.
Guest FrigidSoul Posted January 30, 2004 Report Posted January 30, 2004 Why is Iceland called Iceland when they have no ice and Greenland is called Greenland when its covered in ice and snow?

Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted January 30, 2004 Report Posted January 30, 2004 Your Miles Davis shirt is much cooler than the Minutemen one. Sorry.
Giuseppe Zangara Posted January 30, 2004 Author Report Posted January 30, 2004 Your Miles Davis shirt is much cooler than the Minutemen one. Sorry. Apples and oranges. That Davis shirt loses points, by the way, because of what's on the back: http://www.themarleystore.com/mildavtshir.html (I don't like the font.) And isn't that On the Corner shirt fucking great?
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted January 30, 2004 Report Posted January 30, 2004 Man, whatever. '65-73 is when Miles was at his stylistic peak. Between On The Corner, Bitches Brew, and his numerous pyschadelic live album covers - that Tribute to Jack Johnson shot is amazing. And yes, I'd also own that On The Corner t-shirt, but my heart is definately in the corner of Jack Johnson.

The principle reason I picked it up was I saw it at a shop, for cheap, when I was in NYC a few months back. If I were to order a Davis shirt online, I probably would've gone for the On the Corner one.

I don't think I could totally get into a yellow shirt as much as the black Jack Johnson one, nor could I dismiss the fact that the Jack Johnson album rules the universe in countless ways. But I agree that the funky ass Fat Albert cartoons are up there.
Spaceman Spiff Posted January 30, 2004 Report Posted January 30, 2004 Who's cooler: Incandenza, Squirtle!, or Eyeball Kid? You do know they're all the same guy, right? I thought we were asking *you* the questions.
Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Posted January 30, 2004 Report Posted January 30, 2004 Inc, what did you think of Timothy Dalton's portrayal of James Bond?
Giuseppe Zangara Posted January 30, 2004 Author Report Posted January 30, 2004 Who's cooler: Incandenza, Squirtle!, or Eyeball Kid? They're all the same person, dipshit. I thought we were asking *you* the questions. Is that better?
Giuseppe Zangara Posted January 30, 2004 Author Report Posted January 30, 2004 Inc, what did you think of Timothy Dalton's portrayal of James Bond? I never saw The Living Daylights; I saw License to Kill when it came out (I was 10, for those keeping track). I recall enjoying it--and Dalton, too, I suppose--immensely, but my aesthetic sensibilities aren't at the same level they were over a decade ago.

Dr. Tom Posted January 30, 2004 Report Posted January 30, 2004 Should Kotz bring back Kylie's Ass shot? ::butts in, with no pun intended:: Hell yes. We now return you to your regularly scheduled thread.
Giuseppe Zangara Posted January 30, 2004 Author Report Posted January 30, 2004 Why is Iceland called Iceland when they have no ice and Greenland is called Greenland when its covered in ice and snow? http://www.askjeeves.com http://web.ask.com/web?q=Why+is+Iceland+ca...&askbutton.y=14 If I wanted an answer from Jeeves I would have gone to that site, I want your answer When I was a lad, I enjoyed watching Beakman's World, an edutainment science show featuring an eccentric man in a wig, a cute, spunky sidekick and a disgusting man in a rat costume. For me, it was the only reason to get up early on Saturday mornings; cartoons meant little to me, but Beakman...that's where my heart belonged. Beakman's World had a segment in each show where he, Beakman, would answer questions from the viewers. One day, I was moved to send my own question to Beakman--why does my reflection in the bowl of a spoon appear upside down?--but Beakman never answered it. Instead, I was sent a postcard thanking me for asking the question, but Beakman didn't have the time to answer every question he received, and that sometimes it is most rewarding to look up the answer yourself. What the fuck? I would've looked up the answer myself, but I had no idea where to begin! That's why I needed Beakman. That he never answered my question is why I never went into the science field myself. Who knows, maybe I could've found the cure for cancer. Millions will die, thanks to that bastard. (The moral of the story, FrigidSoul, is sometimes it is more rewarding to look up the answer yourself.)
Giuseppe Zangara Posted January 30, 2004 Author Report Posted January 30, 2004 Dear Incandenza...what are your thoughts on The Beta Band? There doesn't appear to be a smiley to indicate such, so I'll just say they bore me.
Giuseppe Zangara Posted January 30, 2004 Author Report Posted January 30, 2004 Should Kotz bring back Kylie's Ass shot? I have sigs turned off, so it's irrelevant to me. Also, pages one and two of a Google image search on Kylie are divine.
