Guest Anglesault Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 WHO FUCKING CARES? JESUS CHRIST! It's obvious they're going to keep pushing him, whether you like it or not. So stop attacking/defending him and just watch the fucking shows!!! Shut up and watch. I love that one. Randy Orton has ruined Raw, a show that I've been watching for almost ten years for me. It's gotten to the point where I haven't watched an entire two hour Raw program since last Summer. I used to like watching the show, but this constant exposure of Randy Orton (producing almost no results, might I add) has almost single handedly driven my interest down to a "well, I have nothing else to do, I'll watch Raw." That's not fair.
Guest Ghettoman Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 No thats not fair, thats either a subconscience obsession or a gross exaggeration.
Guest Ghettoman Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 And my point has been made that you only disagree to disagree as evidenced in HD. Do people use jokes as evidence? Isn't that protected under the law that says "stupidity is not smart"?
Guest BionicRedneck Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 He's ruined it? Jeez...even with Orton RAW is better now than it was during the HHH-Kane saga. RAW has had many lower points than this.
Guest Anglesault Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 A character that I hate and a wrestler that I don't want to see wrestle being ALL OVER THE SHOW getting absurd chunks of TV time ruins the show for me. If a wrestler you hated got three or four skits and a match every show, I'm sure you wouldn't enjoy the show anymore.
Guest Ghettoman Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 All over the show? Gross exaggeration it is! And no that couldn't happen, I don't invest enough emotion or manifest the basis for my opinion to the point where I hate a CHARACTER. And if I did, I certainly wouldn't watch, and therefore wouldn't be on a forum constantly bitching about it. But of course thats just me.
Guest BionicRedneck Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 A character that I hate and a wrestler that I don't want to see wrestle being ALL OVER THE SHOW getting absurd chunks of TV time ruins the show for me. Well, I always thought you hated HHH and Shane. In which case, it should have been ruined a while ago.

The Ghost of bps21 Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 *Hates Randy Orton* You know what was real good last week? Smackdown. Heat wasn't terrible either. Velocity underwhelmed me. *Hates Randy Orton* *Prepares to watch RAW anyway*

You know, I think I might have to agree. But the "That's not fair." at the end was worse. I mean, really... We're talking about a tv show here. A) Nothing is ever fair. That's just life. B) They owe you nothing. This happened to me before, where my interest went way down. I quit watching. It's not as hard as you might think. You can come back later. Taking a break doesn't mean you aren't a wrestling fan.
Guest Ghettoman Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 This concept of not watching something you don't enjoy is so foreign....Where do you come up with such zany thoughts!?
Guest Anglesault Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 All over the show? Gross exaggeration it is! He DOESN'T Get a match and multiple segments a week? I'll be damned. It's gotten to the point where we can barely go half an hour without an Orton appearence. I don't like that. Well, I always thought you hated HHH and Shane. In which case, it should have been ruined a while ago. HHH had something of a car crash appeal. In a way you just can't resist seeing what bizarre and illogical thing he'll do next to piss us off. And September and October of last year, which had something like three Orton spots and two Shane spots a week was HELL.
Guest Ghettoman Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 "He DOESN'T Get a match and multiple segments a week?" Nope, it's happened once, and considering he's in a main event level stable, it's really not a shock that he's used more than once a show when he is. "which had something like three Orton spots and two Shane spots a week was HELL. " Well how bad could something that didn't happen be?

Guest Ghettoman Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 So do again and spare us the endless comments about how bad something that isn't even happening is.
Guest Anglesault Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 "He DOESN'T Get a match and multiple segments a week?" Nope, it's happened once, Final Answer? I'm checking up on the past Raws right now, so you have time to change that. Right off the top of my head, I can tell you that you're wrong. One solid concrete example that has stuck with me is Raw Roulette. You know, where the combined heat of Randy's four appearences on the show added up to less heat than Molly's one shot?
SamoaRowe Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 Raw has indeed had lower points than it is currently in. Honestly, I think Raw is better now than it has been throughout most of 2003 and later 2002. Randy Orton does not bug me that much, though I do not get excited to see him or anything.
Guest Ghettoman Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 "One solid concrete example that has stuck with me is Raw Roulette. Tawren Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 So do again and spare us the endless comments about how bad something that isn't even happening is. Why are you talking to someone you can't stand, then? Hypocrisy at its best.
Guest Ghettoman Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 No I was talking about the other exaggerated bullshit.
Guest Ghettoman Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 "Why are you talking to someone you can't stand, then? Hypocrisy at its best. " Where did I say I couldn't stand him, or talking to him?
snuffbox Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 'join me as i teabag mr macmans sac, friends! he can do no wrong...the storylines are wonderful fun, randy orton will get over, hell, he allready is!' -ghettoman
Guest Anglesault Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 No I was talking about the other exaggerated bullshit. Molly got a hell of a reaction that night.
Guest Ghettoman Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 snuffbox, I know it's easier than making a point, but next time unless you have one, don't reply. AS, that still doesn't excuse your bullshit.
Guest Anglesault Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 It's not bullshit. They booed her more than Orton that night.
Guest Ghettoman Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 They booed HHH more than Hogan one night too, Hogan still got a bigger reaction.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 It's not bullshit. They booed her more than Orton that night. Anyone gets more reactions than Orton. One guy screamed "Dog Killer!" at Kane a few weeks ago, which is a louder reaction than anything Orton has gotten, without being glued to HHH/Flair's asses milking every ounce of heat they got left.
Guest Ghettoman Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 Steven Richards, Test, you lose.
