Okay... what should he have been doing?

Henry, La Res, Evolution, Matt Hardy, Christian... every freaking heel that RAW has was doing something last night. Where exactly would have RVD have fit in that would have been of any importance? The show was jammed full last night and there was no room for RVD. Oh well...

Fired? Ah, a guy can dream can't he? ;)

Only if he takes 50% of the roster with him starting with all of Evolution.

Yes, even that Dudley Moore acting freak Flair. He's just pathetic to watch now and I'm suddenly finding myself having more respect for Hulk Hogan.

I've given this a little bit more though and I hatched across this: RVD needs character depth like I need to get laid. A whole lot.

Honestly, what the hell is RVD's character anyway? A guy with a thumb point? Can you even call him a cool stoner considering they haven't mentioned anything of the sort since he got into WWE? That character only works when he's booked as a guy who wins every match for a year anyway... but as a midcarder, it just makes it look like RVD doesn't care about anything. Which is probably actually pretty accurate.

Could this be why he was on Heat?

Booker T, Mark Henry, and Rob Van Dam were all late for the RAW house show yesterday.

411mania.com/wrestling

So it makes perfect sense to punish Van Dam!!!!

Have Flair dump Evolution, and re-form the Horsemen. Him, Benoit, Arn, and go find Tully. Who wouldn't mark out for that? It'd be fun. Flair wins the belt from HHH, and the rest run interference to make sure he keeps the belt.

THIS WOULD FREAKIN RULE!

Except for the fact that..........

Flair has bigger breasts than Janet Jackson.

Arn Anderson last on screen role was being used as Austin the alien's green piss pot.

Tully has found God. (and we all know what that means)

You would have a better chance of Dusty Rhodes becoming the new Goldust than you would Flair reforming the Horseman.

RVD vs. Jon Heidenreich on Heat...what the hell?!! I thougt Jon was a face. I guess losing twice to RICO made him turn.

Yeah, because what we really need is yet another Horsemen incarnation.......

Evolution = Horseman with new name.

Considering Raw had a Rico/Frenchie match, there should have been ample time to fit RVD in. I don't think anyone in the live crowd favored that match over seeing RVD.

It doesn't really work like that - RAW always needs a filler match to go over angles and to have something of a slightly poor quality to make the good stuff seem even better.

No it doesn't.

It just kills the crowd and makes for boring, lazy TV.

During the Attitude days, I can't really remember them throwing guys out there to have a match that was INTENTIONALLY bad just to make everything else seem good.

But then again, they had WCW to go against at that time.

They could have put RVD out there in a meaningless match last night just to get him on the card and put someone else on Raw that the fans actually LIKED. The Rico/Dupree match looks like it was out there with the intention to suck. And sorry, despite what you said, Raw doesn't need that. At all.

Why, that match was booked to build that Playboy angle, despite the fact that neither Jackie or Stacy are the ones who posed. It must be driven into the heads of the fans like a railroad spike that the women want nothing more in life but be photographed nude and airbrushed like hell for pictures for perverts to pull their puds over.

That's far more important than putting a man on the card that the fans might care about.

By the way, what the fuck is Stacy on TV for anyway? She's no longer Test or Steiner's valet, she's not a manager at all or a wrestler, so what the hell is her job exactly?

They have had filler matches for a long time so despite your hatred for them they seem to think it works.
