Mik 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2004 I did, but only because I saw on the-numbers.com and in a review that it was projected for 45 mil. It deserves it, great movie.

justsoyouknow 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2004 Well it is Adam Sandler. That explains why Punch Drunk Love was such a box-office smash, right?
Red Baron 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2004 Well it is Adam Sandler. That explains why Punch Drunk Love was such a box-office smash, right? no, but it was a good movie IMO
Mecha Mummy 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2004 Punch Drunk Love was Sandler abstaining from the usual slapstick routine to prove he could act, though. Adam Sandler comedies usually do well.

Human Fly 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2004 Punch-Drunk Love did not even play on 1,300 screens. It is hard to say that it proves that Adam Sandler is not a box office success when it was not really a movie that got alot of exposure. Little Nicky and 8 Crazy Nights on the other hand... Youth N Asia 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2004 4 of his last 7 went 125m+ those are decient numbers. Nicky could be called a bomb, and 8 Crazy Nights probably didn't cost much to make.
