What a film. Very different from the other Jarmusch affairs I've seen (Cigarettes and Flowers) and probably my favorite from him. A great, fun, and feel-good movie about the bond formed between three unlikely companions in jail (and not like that). The casting of Waits, Lurie, and Benigni is pefect.

 

The "I scream-a, you scream-a" scene is incredible.

Glad to know I wasn't the only one who wasn't fond of Serenity. I got asked to go by some people I knew that liked the show and I really didn't care for it. I put it mainly towards me not seeing the show, but at least I am not alone...

 

I watched this weekend

Domino - 7/10

Really surprised by it, didn't expect much, but alright.

 

Ultimate Avengers - 7.5/10

Enjoyable, but just scratched the surface with only 70 minutes (haven't read the comics they are based off though, that may be why)

 

40 Year Old Virgin - 8.5/10

Seen this a few times, but a goodie.

 

Fog (2005) - 5/10

Fun popcorn flick, but nothing much over that.
