haVoc 0 Report post Posted February 25, 2004 Paul Heyman was right when he said RAW is the inferior brand. Eric Bischoff: Absolutely false. The fact that RAW is live -- that one reason makes RAW a superior brand. The show has more energy. It's more spontaneous. It's more unpredictable. Paul Heyman: True. If for no other reason but because of the intelligence of the General Manager, SmackDown! is the far superior brand. You watched the finale of "Sex and the City." Bischoff: False. I'm always traveling on Sunday nights. Heyman: True. Because it only wet my appetite even more for the season premiere of "The Sopranos." In the future, you will write an autobiography. Bischoff: True. I have a lot of things to say and stories to tell that have yet to be told. The closest we've come is the Monday Night War DVD, but there's still a lot of information and a lot of perspective that is yet to be discussed accurately. Heyman: False for two reasons. 1.) I have no desire to look back; I like to look forward. 2.) Equally as important, because if I wrote my life story, nobody would f***ing believe it! With Alex Rodriguez, the Yankees are unstoppable Bischoff: False. Just because a superstar like Alex Rodriguez has had the track record that he's had doesn't necessarily mean he'll have a great year this year. They're susceptible to defeat just like everybody. Heyman: False. With Paul Heyman the Yankees would be unstoppable. With A-Rod, they're just really, really hard to beat. Eric Bischoff is responsible for the demise of WCW Bischoff: Absolutely false. Eric Bischoff enjoyed more success over a three-to-four year period of time than anybody in the history of sports-entertainment. When Eric Bischoff left WCW, WCW had enjoyed 16 straight quarters of record-breaking financial growth. It had only experienced one quarter of less-than-projected growth, and it was only after Eric Bischoff warned Time Warner executives that further restriction of growth of the brand would result in its demise that Eric Bischoff was released. Heyman: False. The people who manipulated Eric Bischoff are the ones responsible for the demise of WCW. Once again, Ralph Nader will help President Bush win the election. Bischoff: False. Bush doesn't need anybody's help. Heyman: False. Ralph Nader didn't win the election for Bush last time. George Bush's brother, the Governor of Florida, handed him the election. BifEverchad 0 Report post Posted February 25, 2004 Booooo... Worst 'True or False' yet. With two guys like that, you'd think they'd come up with better comments for them than those. I mean, "Sex and the City" and "Ralph Nader" questions? Whoever wrote this piece has to be ashamed.
Guest Dynamite Kido Report post Posted February 25, 2004 I agree. Is there anyone out there who really gives a shit about what Heyman and Bishoff TV or politics??? But what can we expect......wrestling questions maybe?

With or without A-Rod, the Yankees will choke in the playoffs, if they even make it this season. Edited February 25, 2004 by Naibus

2GOLD 0 Report post Posted February 25, 2004 Well, we did learn that Eric Bischoff is either Republican or has a working brain about that stupid election while Heyman is either Democrat or one of the confused people who voted for Bush in Florida. Either way, we all learned something. Like, none of us really cared about what they thought on it. Also, I don't understand why anyone WOULD blame Bischoff. When he was in control, the show was rolling. When the boys took over, the show just tanked. I still think a Bischoff/Heyman team would have cleaned up and made wrestling a perfect blend of sports entertainment and high flying, hardcore and just plain amazing wrestling. Course, I'll settle for the WWE. But these questions were horrible, just horrible.
Guest Choken One Report post Posted February 25, 2004 I still believe if Bischoff and Heyman went to TNA...It would be WORTH something right now. Bischoff had the brains and Paul had the vision... Paul would have florished because he would be in charge of CREATIVE...and Bischoff can run a company...create big angles unlike Jarrett can.

The only problem would be if Heyman could have kept his ego in check and what he could have done with Hogan (let's face it, Bischoff would have brought him over)... Since Bischoff let WCW Boys walk over him, I'm not sure if he could even handle Paul Heyman... Here Heyman would have REALLY gone all out because for once he wouldn't be losing HIS money...he wouldn't have to be conservative like he became at the end of ECW run. Guest Banders Kennany Report post Posted February 25, 2004 Paul Heyman was conservative in secheduling like three matches for the ECW PPVs and all the rest of the show happened because of run-ins on impromptus. This gave me the impression that Paul and Eric are on very good terms in real life. It'd be nice if they could become good friends in real life as I'm of the opinion they'd make a very cool duo. ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted February 26, 2004 I still would like, in real life, to see Bischoff and Heyman to somehow make their own, new, unique wrestling promotion. But the idea of Heyman and Bischoff working together to help TNA would be good too.
LucharesuFan619 0 Report post Posted February 26, 2004 Heyman: False for two reasons. 1.) I have no desire to look back; I like to look forward. 2.) Equally as important, because if I wrote my life story, nobody would f***ing believe it. As much as I hate him, I'd love to read an autobiography of Heyman, and I think it sucks he won't be releasing one. The stuff about ECW would be tremendous. SO many topics to be explored. I really wanna hear his side of his dealings with Rob Black, whether he really "hits like a girl" (as The Messiah said about their encounter at ECW HeatWave 2000 during the XPW incident), what happened between he, Sabu, Axl Rotten, Shane Douglas, and the other guys who hate him now, etc., but to do those things, he'd have to write an autobiography, and to do that, he'd have to admit that he lived with his mommy into his late 20's, and he'd never do that.
