Downhome Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 From PWInsider. Aint It Cool News has an interview with ?Blade: Trinity? head man David Goyer. In it, he was asked about Triple H, about whom he said, ?I was, to be honest, resistant to him. It was New Line?s idea. I met with him, and I was really skeptical. *Really* skeptical. But not only did he do a great job, he?s a super cool guy. I loved him, loved him, loved him, loved him. Loved him so much, I wrote more stuff for him in the movie. He ended up having very good comedic timing; he was very good at making fun of himself. He got it. He totally got it, and understands how to make the transition.? So, do you think he loved him? Sincerely, ...Downhome...
NYU Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 So, do you think he loved him? Where the hell did you get that ridiculous idea from?
DerangedHermit Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 So, do you think he loved him? NAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH.
Guest Choken One Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 I'd mark if HHH becomes a Bigger Hollywood star then Rock does...
Downhome Posted February 26, 2004 Author Report Posted February 26, 2004 I'm all for that. When does this come out anyway?
Guest Choken One Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 when is the WWE produced movie hitting production?
ChrisMWaters Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 Maybe they could make a movie version of "Thor", and put HHH as the main character in it. No way he can still work on WWE TV while doing that.
Downhome Posted February 26, 2004 Author Report Posted February 26, 2004 Eh, forget both of those. I want to know when the soon to be classic Goldberg film will be released.
SuperJerk Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 Maybe they could make a movie version of "Thor", and put HHH as the main character in it. No way he can still work on WWE TV while doing that. Word. Especially with the hammer. Actually, I'd be afraid of them making a Thor movie. Imagine the tag line in the commercials: "On May 25th...IT'S HAMMER TIME!" Ugh.
Karc Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 It's the perfect role for him, he's already married to a sledgehammer.
Slickster Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 I'm all for that. When does this come out anyway? 8/13/04
JoeDirt Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 Man, that HHH western is a shoo in for Best Picture.
NoCalMike Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 it is our duty as Smarks to make HHH's hollywood debut a success so he can slowly fizzle out of wrestling and into b-movie greatness.
Lil' Bitch Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 Anybody remember that picture on Confidential of HHH holding an Oscar? Yup, I can see it happening...
Kardo Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 Amazing how JSA got a lot better without Goyer writing it. He writes considerably better screen plays then comics.
Guest JumpinJackFlash Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 If VH1 hadn't have already made To Hell and Back then they could've made a movie about Meatloaf, starring HHH!
Guest Repo Man Reborn Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 Of course this Goyer character loved HHH. He has no power over him. He isn't able to change the outcome of the movie. Have Goyer in a televised match with HHH a week after the Rock puts him over and then ask him how he likes him.
Guest Dynamite Kido Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 I sorta agree. I think that David Goyer is just jocking for a main event position on the RAW roster.
dubq Posted February 26, 2004 Report Posted February 26, 2004 I hope he does well in this movie, and sticks around as World Champ on RAW for the long run.. if only so that the lot of y'all sleep a little less comfortably at night. Cheers!
