Mr. S£im Citrus 0 Report post Posted February 26, 2004 The "I'm making a bad habit of this" edition! =================== SWF Storm HOLT report February 20, 2004 Indianapolis, Indiana at Canseco Fieldhouse Report by Dennis Tarwood of Glenview, IL Smartmarks.com reader Dark Matches: - Judge Mental beat Jimmy Liston in 3:06 with a handful of tights. - CIA and Spike Jenkins beat Déjà Vu in 8:14, when CIA hit Air Canada on Kris. - Wildchild beat Jack the Ripper in 4:22 with a top rope Sunset Flip. - Michael Craven beat Tom Flesher in 17:39 with his feet on the ropes. Storm: - Janus and Duran continued to take potshots at each other after the show went to commercial. Janus then said that they didn’t have to wait until From the Fire, and Duran challenged him to bring it on! We all started cheering as Janus went down the ramp, but as soon as he got in the ring, Duran slid out the side and ran back up the ramp, pointing at his head as he glared at Janus shouting, “On my terms, psycho! My terms!” - That kid Toxxic is developing a quick fan following! I was a little skeptical about the kid when he first came around, but he’s starting to look legit now! He might be on the fast track to take that Hardcore Title from Aecas! - I have to admit, I was surprised to see Jay Dawg back on TV; he must have finally gotten off of Grand Slam’s shit list. Van Siclen never had a chance. - And speaking of Aecas, the crowd was big into his win tonight! Of course, it didn’t hurt that it was Duran he was beating, but most people seemed happy about him winning; that Wings of Fire is SICK! - Annie was over huge tonight, which isn’t surprising, considering how long she lived in Indianapolis. Most people started chanting “I-CHI-BAN” about three minutes before they even came back from commercial! The roof blew off the place when Matthews got the pin, too. The three of them all celebrated in the ring after the show went off the air Biggest Pops 1) Ann Onita 2) Charlie Matthews 3) Aecas 4) Dace Night 5) Toxxic Most Heat 1) John Duran 2) Va’aiga 3) HVT 4) Jay Dawg 5) Sacred

Toxxic 0 Report post Posted February 26, 2004 Hey! I made the pop list! And I didn't even do anything particularly insane this time...
Guest ToddRoyal Report post Posted February 26, 2004 Blah. I dropped off the heat list real quick. I suppose I should actually DO something to earn that heat though, instead of jobbing all over the place.
Lightning Flik 0 Report post Posted February 26, 2004 Hm... A lots has changed since I last been around these parts. Heh. I find it funny that Aecas got good heat and Wildy says "it helps if he's facing Duran". As after "watching the show" I'd have to disagree. It was a good match and definitely played out favorably to Aecas. A lot of the goodness wasn't because he was kicking Duran's ass at all. At least in this humble, out of action e-fedder's opinion. Well, Duran's a hated heel. A face giving him any sort of beating = good heat.
Lightning Flik 0 Report post Posted February 26, 2004 Well, Duran's a hated heel. A face giving him any sort of beating = good heat. Dummy, I know that. I'm just saying that the match played out that I feel Aecas didn't "gain" anything from facing Duran, but the match itself gain Aecas his wealth of "good heat". Get what I mean? Anyways, I wasn't too sure if you would since I'm going on like 24 hours of no sleep and that just didn't seem right for some reason.
Guest Evolution Report post Posted February 26, 2004 I think Aecas gained plenty. 1) He gained a win over the Unnamed. 2) He gained the Hardcore Title. Explain THAT. EDIT: And considering it's Wildchild, I'll take any praise of my heelness I can get from him. (I'm sorry, Wildchild. You're no Crash.)
Rawknight 0 Report post Posted February 27, 2004 Random note: If you understand the internal storyline behind the Unnamed, Duran's probably the #1 pure heel in the fed at the moment.

EDIT: And considering it's Wildchild, I'll take any praise of my heelness I can get from him. (I'm sorry, Wildchild. You're no Crash.) Well, that's what I was striving for, but I hadn't had any sleep in 24 hours, so I couldn't explain it like you did. So thank you. And yes, your heelness is awesome! So there. You got praise by the former RVD wannabe of the SJL. Random note: If you understand the internal storyline behind the Unnamed, Duran's probably the #1 pure heel in the fed at the moment. ...no I don't. I just started reading up on the SWF again. So that might be why I don't know. Edited February 27, 2004 by Lightning Flik
