Thumbs WAY THE FUCK Down. It's a chore to watch all the matches, when 4/5 of them suck. Mankind/Austin you can get on a comp tape, and thats basically the only match worth seeing.

I guess I'm a pussy... thumbs in the middle. It just depends on what you're into as a fan. If you watch for good matches, this PPV sucks. If you're into all the angles and swerves, this is your show.

Too add on, it felt like an extendo-version of RAW. Bunch of matches ranging from DUD-*, and only a few matches breaking **. Storyline wise, not great either, and a montreal screwjob reference at the end...reference I say? I MEAN COMPLETE REINACTMENT! Sharpshooter, McMahon tells time keeper to ring bell, Foley never submits, Hebner as ref...

Plus not ONE traditional Survivor Series Match. If you think WM IV sucked, this is even worse.

Down, and this is coming from someone who actually likes Wrestlemania IV. Once you get past the first round (which is just rediculous with stuff like Duane Gill & Bossman wrestling twice) and the filler (which is bloody awful), it is okay. But I can't ignore that that other stuff exists.

I should probably explain why I like Wrestlemania IV, even though the match quality isn't great.

1) I like tournaments in general. If I don't like a tournament (like KOTR 95), you know it sucks.

2) Savage's performance. None of his matches were special, but combine the four of them and you get something greater than the sum of its parts.

3) Dibiase's performance. The height of his popularity, no doubt about it.

4) Historical impact. Savage winning the title for the first time, Bret's face turn & Demolition's first tag title win are three of the most memorable and important moments of the 80s.

5) Hogan lost. Always a plus. See KOTR 1993.

Thumbs down. It fucking sucked.

Short, and too the point. Always liked those kind of reviews.
