Guest bort Posted March 14, 2004 Report Posted March 14, 2004 Nothing new really interested me this week, good to see The secret window made good money, seems as Cody banks 2 is a bomb
2GOLD Posted March 14, 2004 Report Posted March 14, 2004 Jesus owes yo asses! Well....till this weekend when a bunch of undead zombies kills him again and eats his flesh. I'm still unsure of it, but I still say "GO ZOMBIES! GO!"
fazzle Posted March 14, 2004 Report Posted March 14, 2004 The biggest shock though, IMO, is that at the #11 spot is Nascar 3D, $1.5 million in only 68 theaters. That's a $22,000 per theater average. Passion had the highest average in the top 10, with only $9,800.

2GOLD Posted March 14, 2004 Report Posted March 14, 2004 Not a huge shock since the tickets are $16 a pop and NASCAR on a giant screen with pulse pounding sound is expected to do very well. *wishes had an IMAX close by that was able to show it*
TheOriginalOrangeGoblin Posted March 14, 2004 Report Posted March 14, 2004 2 things: a) Depp IS a draw since I doubt the story of Secret Window brought in 19 mil. b) Passion of Christ deserves all that money and more for being as awesome as it was.
Mik Posted March 14, 2004 Report Posted March 14, 2004 Johnny Depp was awesome in Secret Window. Yet another character that could have been boring that he made into something more. He's just knocking them out of the park lately.
Guest NaturalBornThriller4:20 Posted March 14, 2004 Report Posted March 14, 2004 Cody Banks makes $8 million ? I'll bet that same 8 million that MGM makes a third installment. I like Frankie Muniz and Anthony Anderson, but they could be doing better than this. Next week: 1. Dawn Of The Dead ( ) 2. The Passion Of The Christ 3. Taking Lives 4. Secret Window 5. Starsky & Hutch
The Fett Posted March 14, 2004 Report Posted March 14, 2004 Eternal Sunshine should make it into the top 3 next week, just on Carey's name alone.
Guest El Satanico Posted March 15, 2004 Report Posted March 15, 2004 Eternal Sunshine should make it into the top 3 next week, just on Carey's name alone. It's a limited release next week.
Ravenbomb Posted March 15, 2004 Report Posted March 15, 2004 Spartan?...Haven't heard of it Val Kilmer movie. It sounded pretty good from Eberts review
