Heyman Quits.....

Recommended Posts

Ths smarter thing to do with Heymen now that he "quit" would be to have him come back in a managerial role and lead a big heel group.

That's pretty much how the Dangerous Alliance started in the first place. He was fired as an annoncer so he came up as a manager and sought to gain his revenge by reaking havoc on WCW with his group. You just have Heymen return, saying there is nowhere else he can go. It looks like he is a defeated man and Bischoff won, but then he revelas his group (or at least the start of it). RAW could use some heels and as long as Triple H stays on Smackdown (which probably won't happen. Stephanie will be named GM and trade him back to RAW). Either way, I think it is an efficient use of Heymen .

Bringing back ECW as its own brand would be useless. The only time that a WWE-owned company could have possibly made it has its own "brand" would have been WCW right when it was bought out. If the cast of characters is kept the same in WCW and they go out of their way to give it a WCW-feel, chances are they wouldn't have lost all those fans that seeminly stopped watching on Mondays when WCW went under. Right now though, both companies (ECW and WCW) are so far gone that it is useless. Brinring back now would just be the "WWE version of ECW" instead of just a continuation of the real ECW, which is what its fan want/

That would be excellent. The seeds could have already been planted with the Rhyno and Tajiri picks on RAW, plus Shelton Benjamin has the history with Heyman, as it was Paul who brought him in for Team Angle. Throw in one or two other guys and a valet, and it could most definitely work.

Good points. And the former ECW guys coming to RAW are heels, while RVD and Spike going to Smackdown are babyfaces that wouldn't have fit into the new dangerous alliance anyways.

Heyman, Benjamin, Rhyno, Tajiri. Sounds good to me.

Too bad RVD still won't have Heyman around on Smackdown, though.

The thing with Smackdown is that they're really babyface heavy. Eddie, Cena, Mysterio, Undertaker and now RVD, as opposed to what? Triple H and Kurt Angle? My vote is on a heel, or at least tweener RVD. It would freshen him up, but they'd have to do it right to get the fans behind the turn.

Turn Cena. He'd be SO much stronger if he didn't have to pander to the crowds.

I can't see them turning Cena. He's a strong face, and they've just gotten the marketing machine behind him. Van Dam would have nothing to lose, as he needs freshening up, and the crowd may be more accepting of him as a heel these days.

RVD as a strong heel or tweener is what he needs and what SD needs.

It ain't ECW without Mikey Whipwreck

Whipwreck and Tajiri! Yes!

Although they'd probably be missing Sinister Minister.

I don't really like the idea of bringing ECW back, but if they do it, I'd like to see Paul Heyman start pirating Raw and Smackdown broadcasts in order to promote it. Like, in the middle of an Orton/Booker match, the screen suddenly snows out and cuts to footage of Paul Heyman sitting in a small, dark control room talking about how the ECW revolution is starting up, and will run WWE into the ground or whatever. That'd be pretty cool.

Owner: Paul Heyman

General Manager: Mick Foley

Play-by-Play Announcer: Al Snow

Color Commentator: Tazz

WRESTLERS:

Rob Van Dam

Yoshihiro Tajiri

Nunzio (Little Guido)

Rhyno

Buh-Buh Ray Dudley

D-Von Dudley

Lance Storm

Dawn Marie

Tommy Dreamer

Steven Richards

Nova

That would be the roster without having to bring in anyone new. Of course, they could add to it, but it would be more feasible than suggesting Joey Styles, Joel Gertner, Don Callis or any wrestler under NWA:TNA contract....

If they did bring in people, they could bring in the little pieces to complement the above list. For example, Tony Mamaluke to reform the FBI, Justin Credible to reform the Impact Players, Chetti to team with Nova again, etc.
