Guest Choken One Report post Posted March 26, 2004 Ppppffffttt. This Bradshaw cheerleading is really amusing. It's like what happened with Sean O'Haire last year. Bradshaw already proven he can cut a promo without fucking up like SOH did.
JoeDirt 0 Report post Posted March 26, 2004 Here's our J.D Card WWE Title Eddy's Tax Return on a Pole Match Eddy Guerrero Vs Bradshaw US TITLE/FIFI RIGHTS MATCH John Cena Vs Rene Dupree *If Rene wins...he gets the title... *If Cena wins...He gets Fifi for 72 hours Respect Match Booker T. Vs Undertaker CW Title Match Handicap match The Chavitos Vs Rey Mysterio Jr Rob Van Dam Vs Matt Morgan Table Match Dudley Boyz Vs Bashams WWE Tag Title Match 2 Cool Vs F.B.I(Nunzio and Stamboli) I don't think FBI would get a tag title shot, since they get one on Velocity this week... Scarily enough, it looks like we're going to get Booker/Holly instead of Booker/Taker. But there's still a long way to build to either. And what the hell is RVD going to do? I don't have any idea. Cena/Dupre? That could be an ugly match...

Guest Askewniverse Report post Posted March 26, 2004 What an appropriately named event. According to this coming weeks edition of the Observer, the main event of Judgment Day will be Eddy defending the title against Bradshaw. YOU GOTTA BE FUCKING KIDDING ME?!! If the WWE actually goes through this, FUCK THEM! I'm not attending this fucking PPV. Come on, you know you'll end up going anyway. Oh, and you might want to do something about the whole "fuck (insert name here)" thing. It can't possibly be good for your health. Sit back, breathe, and relax. Here's our J.D Card Rob Van Dam Vs Matt Morgan Where did that one come from?

MarvinisaLunatic 0 Report post Posted March 26, 2004 Bradshaw > Bob Holly I dont have a problem with Bradshaw main eventing, as hes got a new gimmick and theres almost 2 months of potential buildup for said match. Plus you know barring some strange occurances that Eddy will retain meaning that he will still have the belt well into May and beyond.

While the gimmick is good it went over 80% of the crowd's head. They'll have to seriously dumb down the gimmick and we'll end up hating the watered down version. Guest hunger4unger Report post Posted March 26, 2004 Bradshaw's gimmick has the potential to get over but of course he pretty much blows in the ring. If they can get a decent amount of heat on Bradshaw before putting Guerrero over him I don't see any problems with the JD main event.

If they can get a decent amount of heat on Bradshaw before putting Guerrero over him I don't see any problems with the JD main event. Of course the gimmick can get over to take peoples' attention off the shitty wrestling - how many times has it happened over the years? If Eddy can carry The Big Show, he can carry Bradshaw. But then again, The Big Show doesn't try to be decent in the ring. His work merges with his gimmick.
Kardo 0 Report post Posted March 26, 2004 What they need is a commercial during one of Smackdown's ad breaks. Need financial advice? Show Bradshaw sitting at a desk in a tower reading a report. Want to live the high life? Show Bradshaw in a limo with a mobile phone and laptop. Then watch JBL every week on Smackdown. *ad paid courtesy of Smackdown* For the big match they need to have Bradshaw hire Chavo Sr/Jr as personal trainers to help him out. There's just so much they could do with this gimmick. They should give him Damien from OVW finisher (Sidewalk Slam spinning so the person lands on their face) and call it the Wallstreet Plunge. Guest M. Harry Smilac Report post Posted March 26, 2004 US TITLE/FIFI RIGHTS MATCH John Cena Vs Rene Dupree *If Rene wins...he gets the title... *If Cena wins...He gets Fifi for 72 hours Cena's after Vengeance victory rap on smackdown. "Kidman just had a match,Hit the seven year itch After Vengeance last night I made Fifi my *Holds mic to crowd*,*Crowd voices bitch*" Yea lame I know, but it's not like they'll come up with anything better. Vince is an idiot,i'm sure he's banking on Bradshaw to plug the ppv every 5 seconds on fox or whatever and keep the buyrate normal. WWE,"Where it all begins...TO SUCK...again." Oh yea I see the dudley's scoring the tag titles and Spike getting the cruiserweight title for being a jobber so long. Then probably some triple threat matches between Bashams/Shaniqua and the three duds along with title changes between the two teams for the rest of the year. haVoc 0 Report post Posted March 26, 2004 I'll admit, Bradshaw's new character is interesting. I'd much rather see him become Kurt Angle's financial consultant then a main event wrestler, though.

Guest Guybrush Threepwood Report post Posted March 26, 2004 What an appropriately named event. According to this coming weeks edition of the Observer, the main event of Judgment Day will be Eddy defending the title against Bradshaw. That's right, Bradshaw in the main event of a PPV challenging for the WWE Championship. Come back Big Bossman, all is forgiven. Is there any more news on the main event of Backlash? Is it going to be Benoit vs Michaels straight up or will they add a ladder match to it? Is HHH going to stick his nose in? Meltz said the plan is Benoit v HBK v HHH Ladder match & Orton/Foley as a double main event, no mention of any stip for the Foley match though.

Guest Mulatto Heat Report post Posted March 26, 2004 I didn't see three other spoiler reports just RAVING about it either.... Guest Anglesault Report post Posted March 27, 2004 People really need to stop and think about how brutally low that buyrate would be. That should be enough to stop any more rumors
Kahran Ramsus 0 Report post Posted March 27, 2004 I actually like Bradshaw's new gimmick. It is just that it works more as a managerial type gimmick and Bradshaw can't cut it in the ring anyways. He would be a lot more valuable to the company managing (or 'investing' in) wrestlers like the Bashams or Charlie Haas. Guys who need a bit of a boost. Give him Big Show too, so that Bradshaw gets some credibility as a manager.

Guest MrFuji'sHat Report post Posted March 27, 2004 People really need to stop and think about how brutally low that buyrate would be. Instead of having so many PPVs they shoud have a Clash of the Champions-type supershow. I'm sure they can get some decent ratings and ad revenue. It would also allow for only high quality PPVs to be aired and not throwaway ones that involve guys like Bradshaw main-eventing. By lessening the number of PPVs they would seem special and get higher buyrates negating any lost revenues for the secondary PPVS that would be cut.
