I dont have a problem with Bradshaw main eventing, as hes got a new gimmick and theres almost 2 months of potential buildup for said match.

 

Plus you know barring some strange occurances that Eddy will retain meaning that he will still have the belt well into May and beyond.

Exactly. While the gimmick is good it went over 80% of the crowd's head. They'll have to seriously dumb down the gimmick and we'll end up hating the watered down version.

Bradshaw's gimmick has the potential to get over but of course he pretty much blows in the ring. If they can get a decent amount of heat on Bradshaw before putting Guerrero over him I don't see any problems with the JD main event.

Meltz said the plan is Benoit v HBK v HHH Ladder match & Orton/Foley as a double main event, no mention of any stip for the Foley match though.

I actually like Bradshaw's new gimmick. It is just that it works more as a managerial type gimmick and Bradshaw can't cut it in the ring anyways. He would be a lot more valuable to the company managing (or 'investing' in) wrestlers like the Bashams or Charlie Haas. Guys who need a bit of a boost. Give him Big Show too, so that Bradshaw gets some credibility as a manager.

People really need to stop and think about how brutally low that buyrate would be.

 

Instead of having so many PPVs they shoud have a Clash of the Champions-type supershow. I'm sure they can get some decent ratings and ad revenue. It would also allow for only high quality PPVs to be aired and not throwaway ones that involve guys like Bradshaw main-eventing. By lessening the number of PPVs they would seem special and get higher buyrates negating any lost revenues for the secondary PPVS that would be cut.
