Guest Trivia247 Report post Posted March 27, 2004 What is a "Nodowa"? Im a bit rusty without my old puter full of wrestling move knowledge but I know of one type of Nodowa which was the Nodowa Elbow, basically its like a Powerbomb lift then slap on a chokeslam in the middle of the Upward move and when you bring him down you shift to the side effectively Chokeslamming and Dropping an elbow to his chest upon him reaching the mat At least that was one version I remember

Coffin Surfer 0 Report post Posted March 27, 2004 "What is a "Nodowa"?" Chokeslam. "Double Tiger Driver-Misawa/Kobashi Double Slingshot Backdrop Driver-Can Am Connection Double Spike Body Drop-Fantastics(most brutal move ever). Holy Shit! I didn't even think those moves were possible. " Double Tiger Driver-each guy hooks an arm, linking their hands together, than they flip the victim HIGH into the air, and drop to their knees at the same time, driving the victim down. Misawa and Kobashi used it regulary, Taue takes it at 6/9/95. Double Slingshot Backdrop Driver-set victim up for double belly to back suplex, drop their ass across the top rope, and fall back, driving them down. Can be seen in Can/Am Connection vs. Kawada/Kikuchi 2/22/92. Kawada takes it early, and does a great corpse sale for the next couple of minutes afterwards. Spike Double Back Body Drop-double back body drop, except each guy hooks a leg, and falls back, driving the victim down on their upperback/neck/head. Used at the end of The Fantastics vs. Joe Malenko/Kikuchi 9/1/90. Of course, psycho bump machine Kikuchi takes it, scaring the hell out of the crowd in the process. JST 0 Report post Posted March 27, 2004 Quebeccer's finisher If you refer to the one where they lock hands, as Jacques sends Pierre flying over head into a senton, that would be "La Tour Infernale". I think they also renamed it "La Bombe Québécoise" at some point. Not a big Rougeau fan. Dig PCO, though.
deancoles 0 Report post Posted March 27, 2004 I liked the old Faces of Fear move where Meng would do a back body drop on a guy and Barbarian would catch him and then do a powerbomb.
