Who's your least favorite WWE personality?

Recommended Posts

Guest Redhawk

While there are some people you don't care about one way or the other (i.e. Mark Jindrak or Spike Dudley for me), who's the one person you just despise? Like everytime they show up on TV you want to change the channel, but then you don't because you want to see them mess up a promo line or blow a spot because you hate them THAT much.

For me it's a list....

1. Vince McMahon

2. Stephanie McMahon

3. Shane McMahon

4. Hulk Hogan

5. Undertaker (current version)

6. Eric Bischoff

The thing is, I'd like for this list to be made up of wrestlers, but the McMahons only throw all of their energy into building up characters named McMahon.

Orton.

About 40 percent of the time, he comes out and I immediately switch, but the other sixty percent I watch just to see if he's over, if his match sucks and if his promos are awful.

Lita just cannot make her gimmick work - and her backstage attitude and horrid in-ring work doesn't help things, either.

For me - Rico.

Just kidding, Deon. :P

I can't stand to watch Holly, and A-Train unless either of them were against Jericho it would be time to flick through the channels looking for porn.

G, I thought that you were talking about Molly Holly there for a second.

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of Holly either - his gimmick of that is the guy who does the "hard yakka", but it appears that none of it's paid-off, because he still can't work an entertaining match, and what was possibly his best was a recent encounter on SmackDown! where he was carried by Kurt Angle.

You know, the same match that Cole called "epic".

Christ, there's too much HBK hate here (ahem).

For me it's any Steve Austin promo after the 'What!' craze started. Austin used to be able to give the most entertaining and fun promos until that bullshit kicked in. 'Taker is the only guy I've known who has really gone out there and thrown it back in the fans' faces.

"If you'd sleep with your own sister, say 'What!''

The crowd said 'What!'.

Nah I also share in the Molly love, shes a fantastic wrestler and shes really pretty to boot facially as well as having a nice body.

I really liked "What!" when it first started occuring and the crowd hadn't picked up on it yet, but once everyone caught on i hated it with a passion, especially during other peoples promos.

I can't stand it when the crowd try and "What!?" during Austin's backstage promos, and it keeps fucking up because they can't dictate what he's going to say.

As much as I liked watching him as a wrestler, I can't stand Steve Austin anymore, he just gives me the shits. I also dislike Lita, Torrie, Billy Gunn, Hardcore Holly, Sylvan Grenier and Rikishi. I still sort of hate Bradshaw, but i'm kind of digging his character of late, but i'll probably start hating him again when he starts having matches again.

And of course, anyone with the last name of McMahon.

I loved Steve Austin as a wrestler also, but as long as he's not doing things such as hyping Bill Goldberg, I enjoy his promos.

Agreed about everything else.

Don't get me wrong, Austin can still be entertaining on occasion, I just fail to see what purpose he serves, every Raw, he comes out beats up some heel then drinks beer. If he did something different every now and then he might be more interesting.

My least favorite wrestler is Mark Henry. I just can't understand why he gets pushed after every injury, failed pushed, injury, failed push and on and on. I know he has that big contract, but let him sit home or down in OVW and make his down side. He sure as Hell doesn't make WWE money when he's on the active roster.

And since you mentioned TV personalities, JR and King. King continues to get staler by the week while still trying to be funny and cool. JR just sounds old. Age is catching up to him.

Yes, the post-no reason beatdown beer bashes are piss me off incredibly. I mean, what was the reason for the Rene Dupree beatdown? Exactly! There wasn't one!

Fear Havoc, you're not alone in regards to Mark Henry. As for Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler, I don't have too much of a problem with announcers, except for when Lawler leads J.R. into talking about sexual frustration when they're supposed to be calling a match, even if it is funny to hear J.R.'s reaction to some The King's topics of discussion.

The same goes for Michael Cole and Tazz, for the most part.

JR's okay when he's got a decent person to work with, his work with Tazz calling the Royal Rumble was great, the best he's sounded in a long time.

I would've said "because he's working with someone that knows a thing or two about wrestling", but typically, that should be Cole. Roles are reversed on Raw.

Jim Ross - knows the industry inside and out

Jerry Lawler - Ditto, except his gimmick won't let it show

Tazz - Ditto - and he shows it through "I like would Kurt Angle did there. That was smart what Kurt Angle did there". It can get rather annoying.

Micheal Cole - he knows his stuff, but is often an on-air laughing stock, and can have an annoying voice at times.

I don't have a real problem with any of them, it's just sometimes as Announcers, thing don't work out.

-Chris Jericho, especially now that he's a face again. I HATE his interviews when he's a good guy. SOOOO STUPID AND BORING.

-Michael Cole

-Jerry Lawler

-Randy Orton

Austin. I just know something horribly stupid is probably about to happen that will kill one or more person's heat or make him look awesome again, usually both.

Bradshaw

New gimmick or not, I still can't stand the guy.

Here are my least favorites, not in order:

-Any of the McMahons (especially Steph)

-HHH

-Rikishi

-Austin

-Hardcore Holly

-Bradshaw (speaks out against smarks most of the time and sucks in the ring)

-Billy Gunn

-JR (screams just to show emotion and is senile)

-The King ("Molly wears grannie panties!!" "Puppieeees!!")

-Chris Jericho as a face to a certain extent (mostly his promos; if he can have good matches like he had with Benoit in 2000 and not blow spots or use the same moves every match, then he doesn't seem as bad, even though his face promos are still unforgivable)

-Lita
