Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Report post Posted April 8, 2004 For fuck's sake, why should he stay in the company if he doesn't love it? The only problem that I can see here is him walking back in - but that's it. Why would he want to waste his fucking life? Fuck, I need a cigarette...
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted April 8, 2004 It's amazing to me that Meltz would;ve fucked this up. I knew it was a show the whole time they were showing it and even advertised what time it would be on. Actually, it looked light years better than any other lame ass shows that UPN usually puts on. Meltzer fucks up again. On another note, I loved that Randy Orton/HHH title match at WM that had ladder match rules. [/mocking Meltzer mode]
AndrewTS 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2004 Well it appears that despite what they may say, the majority of TSM is interested in Jeffrey Hardy. Actually, we all just wanted to say "NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" Thank God it is a false alarm. Idiot WO guys.

King Cucaracha 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2004 I can't believe people don't want to see Jeff Hardy back, so he can resume his engagingly natural partnership with Trish. That was guaranteed money!
Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Report post Posted April 8, 2004 I'd like to see Jeff back with a passion and his original gimmick, but not looking like a drugged-out loser, as he did when his career ended. And if he does come back, who knows? Maybe that video showed that he got sick of his Moto X and wants to come and wrestle so that he can actually making a living. King Cucaracha 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2004 They could bring him back as an evil poet. That'd get over huge. Give him that big ass scroll that The Genius used to have. And the same writer. I'd enjoy it.

2GOLD 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2004 Yeah, just what SMACKDOWN would need; Eugene, the original version. Let him play in his crappy band and stay off the screen. Jeff Hardy was nothing more than a spot monkey and if the WWE is going to hire a spot monkey, they should at least find one who is partially sane and won't come to the ring looking like he dipped his face in a bag of coke and sprayed himself with paint. We have Lita, she screws up enough spots to help me forget Jeff.

We have Lita, she screws up enough spots to help me forget Jeff. I will admit that Jeff is a bit of a spot monkey (well, a fully-fledged one), but he can still work a decent match when need be. Stop the fucking bashing based on what you've heard! And no, I'm not a 14-year-old girl. And dammit, Jeff was fucking up spots because he just didn't give a shit, which, while being inexcusable and contradictory to what he has said in the Hardyz' novel (if you could call it that), it's not something that he does when he is trying to wrestle to the best of his ability. And in regards to Jeff and the 'Taker's Ladder Match back in 2002, while it was a great match, a high point being to see such different styles mesh, it did nothing to get Jeff over as a strong singles competitor - I mean honestly - unless your a die hard Jeff Hardy and/or Undertaker fan, when you think of him, does that match sping to mind? Didn't think so.
Fökai 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2004 It's amazing to me that Meltz would;ve fucked this up. --There is a segment on tonight's Smackdown show that starts like a commercial for a Reality TV show with motocross stunts and the like. Then, at the end, it reads, "I Am Still Alive." It's a video for a new character they are bringing in, or at least appeared to be. wrestlingobserver.com I doubt Meltzer watches much of anything on UPN, which is the norm for 90% of households with broadcast television in the United States. EDIT: The reason Vince fired Hardy in the first place, was that Jeff refused to seek help for his addiction to painkillers. Until Jeff does admit he has a problem (which he hasn't yet, from my recollection), Vince will NOT hire him back.

You mean like when he slagged off against The Rock? Where him and Triple H had one of the most saddest and pathetic matches in all of RAW? Jeff Hardy should not be brought back to WWE unless he goes through rehab and gets some help. After seeing him at ROH he should be kept very far away from the ring. Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Report post Posted April 8, 2004 Yes, if he is (still) addicted, I agree that he should get help. And the Ring of Honour incident doesn't count - they were smart fans. *Shudders to think what would happen if Jeff returned at WrestleMania XX*

thuganomics 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2004 Having actually talked to a bandmate or two of his online, (don't ask why, too long of a story) I gotta say it looks doubtful. While WWE would surely take him, I really don't think he's got the drive left in him. He's rich enough to live comfortably for the rest of his life and just wants to write horrible poetry and set it to ok music.
