Nevermortal 0 Report post Posted April 22, 2004 If they're going to do ANOTHER HBK DVD, they need to use some totally rare matches that haven't been on any other DVD (I'm looking in the direction of the Foley/HBK Mind Games match, here. What's that, on 4 DVD releases altogether?)

The 1993 Jannetty-Michaels MOTY still hasn't been on DVD, though.

Guest slacklet Report post Posted April 22, 2004 Actually, what am I talking about, the Jannetty-Michaels cage match was on the "Bloodbath" DVD. Here's Keith's rant of "Bloopers, Bleeps and Bodyslams" (again assuming this is a transfer of the Colliseum Video): http://www.onlineonslaught.com/columns/skr.../20020805.shtml

Lord of The Curry 0 Report post Posted April 22, 2004 Depends on what DVD it is. If we're talking Bikertaker/Undershooter era I'd like to see..... Undertaker vs Jeff Hardy, RAW, Ladder Match for the WWE Championship Undertaker vs Chris Benoit vs Kurt Angle (UT's SD debut) Undertaker, Rikishi and Edge vs Chris Benoit, Kurt Angle and Eddy Guerrero, SD Undertaker vs Kurt Angle, SD, WWE Title Undertaker vs John Cena, Vengence

It's probably his entire career. So, it would have his title victories on it along with probably his debut match & some "Mean Mark" footage.

Those being Hard Knocks & Cheap Pops and Greatest Hits & Misses.

NoCalMike 0 Report post Posted April 22, 2004 The Rise & Fall of ECW should be interesting. I might have to buy it strictly for their "shoot"(lol) interviews with Heyman and the gang, because I have most of the commercial tapes(that I want) from their better years. Once a match and content listing come out, I will give a look-see.
ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted April 22, 2004 It wasn't on Shawn Michaels "From the Vault" DVD? Yes it is... I have both "Mick Foley's Greatest Hits and Misses" and "From The Vault: Shawn Michaels". It's on both.
cawthon777 0 Report post Posted April 22, 2004 The 1993 Jannetty-Michaels MOTY still hasn't been on DVD, though. Because it's not really that great of a match. PWI was on crack for ranking it so high. It's July 1993. Shawn's in a feud with Perfect. Jannetty is going nowhere fast. Wonder what the outcome is going to be? After a foot on the rope gets the match continued, Marty misses a crossbody, crashes to the arena floor, is rolled back in the ring by Diesel ... easy 1-2-3. I sure don't recall being impressed with the match at the time, at least not compared to their previous TV matches (and, from what I've seen, their house show matches were much better anyway). USC Wuz Robbed! 0 Report post Posted April 22, 2004 I would imagine the Taker DVD to include: Taker vs Hogan: First WWF title Taker vs Yokozuna: Royal Rumble or whatever had that casket match Taker vs Michaels: Either the HIAC or the casket match Taker vs Austin: Take your pick of the many matches they've done Taker vs Bret Hart: Probably the Summerslam match Taker vs Angle: Fully Loaded Taker vs Mankind: I'm rooting for the Boiler Room Brawl (The HIAC has been on so many DVDs) Taker vs HHH: Mania X7 Taker vs Kane: See Austin and of course some extras like Taker's SSeries debut, his locking Warrior in the casket (I can dream) and maybe his Mania match with Flair. EDIT: And to spite me they will most definitely include Taker vs Faker
JustJoe2k5 0 Report post Posted April 22, 2004 I would like to see Jeff Jarrett vs. Shawn Michaels from In Your House II and Razor Ramon vs. Shawn Michaels from SummerSlam '95 on the "Boyhood Dream" DVD. Undertaker vs. Hulk Hogan (Survivor Series '91) Undertaker vs. Yokozuna (Survivor Series '94) Undertaker vs. Mankind (Buried Alive '96) Undertaker vs. Bret Hart (SummerSlam '97) Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels (Royal Rumble '98) Undertaker vs. Kane (WrestleMania 14) Undertaker vs. Steve Austin (SummerSlam '98) Those are all good picks for the Undertaker "From the Vault" DVD, and I like the fact that it looks like these "From the Vault" DVDs will become a semi-regular release. The Mankind vs. Shawn Michaels Mind Games match is also on Mick Foley Hard Knocks and Cheap Pops, so that makes three.

JN News 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2004 Just one question. Are these guys at PWInsider really serious about WWE creating a Bret Hart Collection DVD? Do they really know that WWE is really gonna go through with this DVD? Do they know anything at all? I hope they do, because the last thing I wanna hear is that the Bret Hart DVD thing was a false rumor.

Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Report post Posted April 23, 2004 I can't wait for the Chris Benoit and Eddy Guerrero DVDs - it seems like they're sucking up to Benoit (or something like that) giving him two discs, but no complaints here. Every single one of those DVDs are worth something.
Lil' Bitch 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2004 How many buried alive and casket matches has Undertaker had? Buried Alive - 4 (Vs. Mankind, Vs. Austin, w/ Big Show Vs. Rock & Mankind, Vs. Vince McMahon) Casket - 6, but I'm sure there's been a few more (Vs. Kamala, Vs. Yokozuna, Vs. Yokozuna again, Vs. Kama, Vs. Goldust, Vs. Shawn Michaels)

Fökai 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2004 Do they really know that WWE is really gonna go through with this DVD? Do they know anything at all? WWE "supposedly" had it in the works for a while (heard about it a while back), but it was delayed along with the ECW set to make way for a new set of DVD's, which are the ones being announced here. It could just be an educated guess that'll come true with time. Casket - 6, but I'm sure there's been a few more (Vs. Kamala, Vs. Yokozuna, Vs. Yokozuna again, Vs. Kama, Vs. Goldust, Vs. Shawn Michaels) #7. v. Mabel (IYH 5, December 1995)
