AnonymousBroccoli 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2004 Join WWE this Saturday night at 11/10 CT on Spike TV, as it says goodbye to the groundbreaking program Confidential. This emotional episode will take a look at many of the top stories that have ever occurred in the world of sports entertainment, including the night that D-Generation X crossed enemy lines. It was during the height of the Monday Night War that Triple H and company invaded WCW at the Norfolk Scope. Also, learn more about the World Heavyweight Championship that Chris Benoit currently holds. Did you know that its lineage can be traced back to the early 1900s? Find out more this Saturday night on Confidential. Undoubtedly, Ric Flair is one of the greatest competitors to ever lace up a pair of wrestling boots. For three decades, the Nature Boy has been stylin’ and profilin’ all over this great land. Unfortunately, however, this was a career that almost never happened. Watch Confidential as Ric Flair relives his near-fatal plane crash that happened in October of 1975. There has never been a sexier group of WWE Divas than there is now. Take a look at them as they do Playboy Magazine, Stuff Magazine, the Golden Thong Award show and more. Also, Rikishi recounts the time he was the victim of a vicious shooting, go inside the cribs of many WWE Superstars, see what it’s like to be on the road with Bubba Ray Dudley and much more, including Mean Gene bloopers this Saturday night on Spike TV. Velocity seems to be starting with Teddy Long and Mark Jindrak. Good for them.

haVoc 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2004 BTW WWE Poll Judging from his one night performance as GM this past week on SmackDown!, do you think Paul Heyman should be employed in some capacity by SmackDown!? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yes 41.71 % No 58.28 % Total Votes: 129726 They don't listen to their polls anyway, right?
Lil' Bitch 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2004 Edit: I missed the show. How do they explain the titles lineage? The first champion was George Hackensmitt (I know I butchered that last name) in 1904. Lineage got cloudy until Lou Thesz unified the championship in the late 40s. Ted Turner bought NWA from Jimmy Crockett in 1988 and it became WCW. The WCW title was made by a silversmith in Reno, NV. From Buddy Rogers to Ric Flair to Diamond Dallas Page to Booker T. Well, so long Confidential. Its been a blast, IMO.
CanadianChick 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2004 Aw, I really hope they use Mean Gene still. I love that guy! I wish they showed part of RVD's outside the ropes. He had one funny answer regarding some superhero using pills to get energy and how that was the wrong message to kids. It was pretty funny.
Drury37 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2004 Wow I am kind of upset that this show will no longer be on the air but it has been a fun ride with a lot of good stuff some bad stuff mostly good stuff. I always loved the From The Vault or whatever they called them at the end matches and I am really going to miss this show. Thanks.
cbacon 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2004 Ahhh, so the World Title IS the WCW title belt after all. There goes my theories So that means they took half of Brock's title when he became SD! exculsive. And Benoit holds the same title that David Arquette did. Ahhh
