Naw, it was a different one. Mrs. Yamaguchi was some 16-year-old model WWE used just for the angle, then they let her go.

 

"Taka's girlfriend" I know appeared on a Heat or two, I believe she modeled the t-shirt, and Taka said that she's EEEVIL just like him. She had rather dark skin like Funaki has. I believe she also was given a message to give to Kai En Tai by the APA before.

 

It's possible it was just an intern or some off-camera employee, too. She didn't speak any Japanese that I recall, just giggled or something like that.

I think she is cute, but I rather see a trained wrestler(same goes for her hubby lol).With a division with Lita and Gail...it's not like they have to even aim high in terms of talent. I hope story-line wise Tajiri gets to rock it.

Thing is, would any semi-respected joshi worker want to be involved in the WWE women's division? It's quite a step down, and you wouldn't be working with anywhere near the caliber of workers or getting a fraction of the respect you would in Japan. I wouldn't blame any of them if they'd turned down offers from WWE.

Actually, no... It's common knowledge that Vince doesn't care for women who have bared it all before signing with the WWE. (Exception being Nidia, who was a stripper before winning Tough Enough.)

 

Anyway, there are a lot of attractive joshi wrestlers today, but they'd just be taking heat off Gail Kim. We don't need ANOTHER pretty chinese-japanese-korean-etc. when we have Gail.

EDIT: Apparently, she's a comedy wrestler who often dresses like other wrestlers, such as various Japanese wrestlers, Jushin Liger, the Rock, Hulk Hogan, and various other stuff like a sumo wrestler or in a giant rat suit. The WWE really should hire her.
