The prisoners aren't soldiers or Ba'athists or Taliban or al Qaeda. It's a civilian prison. Then how do they get POW rights in the first place? This is just a person in jail. People get beat up in jail. Yeah, but I heard that guards raping them is frowned upon. They can't be allowed to go all Kobe because they don't have POW rights.
