What's hijacking my browser?

OK, I've shot down a crapload of spyware via a tag team of Spybot S&D and Ad Aware. Yet in my Internet Options screen, no matter how many times I try to change it, something's constantly restoring my default home page to "http://greatsearch.biz/"

 

Before I finally give in and abandon IE for Opera, does anybody know what I can possibly kill in a final attempt regain control of my IE default home page?

If there is anything in the quarrtine in AD-Ware delete it or it will comeback everytime.

I typically hold onto things for a day to make sure I didn't accidentally delete something useful before flushing out the quarantines.

 

I'd also like to say for the record that Spybot S&D thoroughly owns AdAware in terms of spyware detection.

I remember that Cool Web crap, I also once had some shitty Cool web spyware that kept putting a taskbar over mine. CWshredder rid me of that pain.
