Guest OctoberBlood Report post Posted May 11, 2004 http://www.webindia123.com/news/showdetail...t=Entertainment Washington | May 08, 2004 4:56:05 PM IST Ashton Kutcher has annoyed yet another celebrity with his Punk'd prank. Kutcher, whose antics reportedly led to a violent reaction from members of the Black Eyed Peas' entourage in a makeshift brothel last month, has now upset New York Yankees baseball ace Alex Rodriguez. Last year in December, Rodriguez was dining with his wife at a restaurant in Los Angeles when a waiter posing as a loudmouth Boston Red Sox fan provoked the sportsman. "The waiter basically called A-Rod a loser who had never been on a winning team," Teen Hollywood quoted a source as saying. The prank soon became very dicey and, after the gag was exposed, Rodriguez refused to sign a release form and also insisted that the tape be destroyed. "It was a good idea. It was just bad timing," said Rodriguez. (ANI) Yeah, I'm kidding. He didn't blame it on Jeter.
kkktookmybabyaway 0 Report post Posted May 11, 2004 I never understood why people that get "punk'd" on these stupid shows would agree to be shown on the airwaves afterward...
Guest OctoberBlood Report post Posted May 11, 2004 Probally because they have a sense of humor? ... Yeah. No, I don't disagree with Arod, or if someone chose not to sign the release - but I'm just saying, having a sense of humor is a good thing.

I understand, but most of the time those "caught on camera" bits are more stupid than funny. The best gags in life are the unplanned ones -- like the old lady slipping on a wet spot on a floor and falling down...
Your Paragon of Virtue 0 Report post Posted May 12, 2004 I'd be pissed off too. Dining with your wife, only to be interrupted by a no talent hack with a *bad* sense of humour? Talk about wrong place, wrong time.
Guest Anglesault Report post Posted May 12, 2004 You can have a sense of humor and not think Ashley and his stupid show are funny.
NoCalMike 0 Report post Posted May 12, 2004 well the thing is, When punk'd first started, it was basically Ashton punking all his other teeny bopper "it"-folks. Once Ashton tried to branch out and Punk more legitimate folks, it all went downhill.
Dr. Tom 0 Report post Posted May 12, 2004 Chris Rock has it right: Ashton should try to "punk" Suge Knight. And if I were a multi-multimillionaire having dinner with my wife and have some random jackass got in my grill and started mouthing off, I'd just deck him. Fuck it, you can always write him a check...
