Our old pal Tom “The Anaheim Angel” Robinson sent word that the flyers that WWE released locally in Los Angeles for tonight’s Judgment Day PPV have listed Scotty 2 Hotty as Mordecai’s opponent on tonight’s show.

If this is true, then i'm happy that neither Paul London or Shannon Moore was slaughtered this weekend......BUT i KNOW that they will have theire chance to be beaten up in the weeks to come....Yoy know; The cruiserweights are perfect as warm up opponents for heels with a big push

Not a bad pick. S2H has a bit of credibility, and is certainly higher on the WWE totem pole than guys like Shannon Moore and Funaki. Plus, I love it when someone no sells the Worm as Scotty's jumping around like an idiot.

I thought they would've put someone Mordecai is familiar with (he's been squashing London lately) than S2H, who isn't really the job-job type of CW. He gets decent midcard pushes, and was a good challenger to the L-HW Title back in 2000.

I have no qualms about S2H being the first sacrificial lamb for this lame, Undertaker retread gimmick. While they are at it, why don't they just fire S2H so he can join his former partner Brian Christopher in acting like complete morons and playing grabass in the lockerooms.

Scotty? Makes sence to me. If Mordecai just continues to beat the crap out of him after the match Rikishi could attempt to make a save and get a beatdown himself, or the more likely option scares Mordecai away to set up Mordecais first Smackdown match.

Its a decent move, despite being outweighted and the fact is Scotty on his own is a low card totem, He is still a former WWE belt holder, World tag, Cruiserweight/light heavyweight etc. So that comes with credentials.

If it is the Razors Edge then Im all for it. Its one of my favorite finishing moves as well. I wonder what the odds are of them going with the name "Cross Powerbomb" for it like they do in some of the WWE video games.

Maybe they do on some but I have made a few custom wrestlers on a few different WWE games and it was always called the cross powerbomb.

A week after S2H lost the Tag belts, he was jobbing to The New Lex Luger. So, the WWE has offically throw his name into the jobber hat agian. His cred to them aint anymore than Spike or Funaki.

Well, there you go - as soon as a team loses the Tag Team Championship on the new SmackDown!, the smaller member is the new resident jobber.
