That's not really true. Jeff could just show up as a heel against Matt. Lita could still be face and just say that it was rape, or something equally horrible...which is what WWE can pretty much guarantee these days. Candido was a stalwart for Heyman in ECW and spent a period of time with the then WWF in the mid 1990's. Hey Paulie, why don't you try getting RVD a main event spot instead of bringing crackheads into SD. I dunno why I found that ironic, but I did. Good thing I'm not the only one. Candido though is past it to be a real cruiserweight threat....or anything for that matter. I don't follow wrestlers ages, but he's gotta be getting up their in years, and from what I've heard recently, he's not in the best physical condition. When he and Lita started sharing clothes, that sent off some alarm bells. I don't know if he actually is, but the character that he played really wasn't that much different than "Super-gay" Rico. You're right about his physical condition, because I saw him wrestle Terry Funk last year on MLW and Candido was fat, slow, and didn't wrestle too well. Candido blew his chances at comebacks several times over the years. He left the WWE on bad terms, left ECW with almost no notice, I'm pretty sure he was fired from WCW, etc. Eddy got another shot because he is a great guy, had worked in the WWF recently, and appeared to have cleaned up. Regal was in Memphis for a LONG time before they put him on TV because they didn't want him to go back to being a screwup. If Candido gets hired, he'll just be Lance Storm's understudy as an OVW instructor because Cornette is the only guy in WWE management who probably isn't on bad terms with him. They even teased it when Matt couldn't compete about a month ago and Lita was in the ring.
