UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 And the show is killed by Luther Raine's shitty boring work ethic.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 Kenzo/Gunn made me have the runs. Smackdown: The Cure for Constipation
Guest J0bber Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 And the show is killed by Luther Raine's shitty boring work ethic. I think WWE spells the name Luther "Reigns" trying to be cool.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 Gotta love Angles hot potato toss when the ref saw him.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 What the shit Reigns, it Pours.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 That cow-bell is gonna be SO FUCKING ANNOYING for a 20 minute match.
Guest J0bber Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 That cow-bell is gonna be SO FUCKING ANNOYING for a 20 minute match. Probably a 30-minute match
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 Pfft....I still won't order the shit-fest of a PPV. I'll just watch some old MSG Shows, credit of MillenniumMan831
The Mandarin Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 Have fun with JBL for the rest of your life. Pay up. Hole-in-One Barry Darsow! *marks out* This show has actually been..okay for once. And by "okay", I mean "not early-2000 WCW". JBL looks okay now that he's groomed himself and I would buy him as champ of SmackDown. By that I mean a) SmackDown is already in the shitter anyways; I'm just waiting for the belt to be handed to Mordecai and b) I'm not going to actually "buy" anything, so it makes no difference.
Guest J0bber Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 Will Great American Bash draw more buys than Judgment Day?
LaParkaYourCar Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 Have fun with JBL for the rest of your life. Pay up. Hole-in-One Barry Darsow! *marks out* This show has actually been..okay for once. Hey don't forget Barry Horrowitz is in that pic too!
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 Repo Man > "Whole in One" Barry Darsow Demolition Smash > Repo Man > Hole in One Darsow > Blacktop Bully
Anakin Flair Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 Dupree is channeling Ric Flair. HE's got the robe, the Flair flop, and the bitches
Guest J0bber Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 Oh great. Just what we need, another Sable/Torrie pay per view match.
The Mandarin Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 ..uh. Anyways, I'll stand by my claim that Undertaker is one of the best Heavyweight workers left on SmackDown. MMA 'Taker is worth more than your entire house.
Guest J0bber Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 Fuck 'Taker and his scarce variety of moves.
Downhome Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 My God I love Taker, heh. I loved that match. That was the best SD in some time in my opinion.
The Mandarin Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 That match ruled so much it's going to take a grand total of TWELVE SmartMarks to complain about it to give it a bad name. That's a challenge. Of course, there's no doubt that Undertaker carried that to a **1/2 affair. That match + opening match + Booker T's commentary + Torrie Wilson being called fat= first watchable SmackDown in months.
Silence Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 Well, at least Smackdown has somewhat improved tonight, with Raw and TNA putting on shitty shows this week.
Only The Strong Survive Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 I just got home, and I'm so bored that I read through this whole thread. The fact that I can say that I read through this whole thread is really depressing. Guess 3 pages shows exactly how important Smackdown! has become.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 Very enjoyable Smackdown.... Holy Shit, DID I JUST SAY THAT?! Me, the person who's been shitting on Smackdown for 3 months? Oh well, times change.
geniusMoment Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 I watched Smackdown, well about an hour of it, for the first time in months tonight. I enjoyed the cruiser battle royal, I always like to see London do one of his nice flip over drop kicks. Kenzo was sucky, and lost to gunn, I guess they already gave up. I thought the Sable/Torrie segment was funny in a campy sort of way. Also, maybe its just me. But the last time I saw sable was at Wrestlemania and her tits did not look near that size. I knew she needed new implants, did she get them bigger or was it just the outfit she had on?
Aero Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 This was probably the best Smackdown in months, but that's not saying much. I actually really liked the battle royal and Taker vs. Cena. GAB still looks horrible, but better than Judgment Day. So they announced five matches... Eddie vs. JBL Taker vs. Dudleys Cena vs. RVD vs. Dupree vs. Booker T Mysterio vs. Chavo Sable vs. Torrie Any speculation on what the rest of the card will be? You have to figure we'll be treated to that inevitable Mordecai vs. Hardcore Holly match. Maybe, if we're lucky, there will be a Kidman & London vs. Noble & Nunzio match, but who am I kidding, two cruiserweight matches on a PPV? London on a PPV?
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted June 25, 2004 Report Posted June 25, 2004 They also announced Holly vs. Mordecai and Gunn vs. The Shitty Japanese Guy
