Promo: Fraternally Yours

Guest Fratastic

(The scene sets in a well defined house, it's simple--yet classy and elegant at the same time. Your average two-story, eight bed room house that boosts four standard presidental-like white pillars and the fraternal letters of Pi Kappa Phi on its front corridor right beside the big solid oak front door. Inside the house, traveling down a hallway full of fraternity composites, that house several pictures and rankings of former Pi Kappa Phi brethen, with names such as Jerry "The King" Lawyler, Poker World Champ of 2003 Chris Moneymaker, MLB's Joe Sewell, Tommy Lasorda, Sportscenters Rich Eisen, and Alabama's lead singer Randy Owen. There is one spot left open in the composite that is notefully zoomed in on. Past the composites and awards and Greek Week trophies, the cameras travel into a room that is dimly lit. A weight-bench is heard as weights clang on the ends of a barbell, a bench-press machine seems to be occupied as the only thing that is seen in this dark room are the man's faded blue jeans and his black boots.)

[A voice is heard in the middle of his work-out, forty-five ::breathes in:: forty-six ::breathes out:: forty-seven ::breathes in:: forty-eight ::breathes out:: forty-nine ::breathes in:: GRUNT...... FIFTY!!! :breathes out in exhaustion:]

(Suddenly the figure sits up, he is shirtless and clearly shows his well defined chest that is bulging after his vicious fifty or fatigue set on bench. Two-Hundred and Eighty-Five pounds are seen on the bar as Martin Hunt just looks into the camera and smirks. He stretches his shoulders, arms, chest, and finally pops his neck before he actually begins to focus on the camera itself..)

Martin: Gentlemen, Ladies, and of course those of lesser values, I recently had the privledge to learn of a recent chance. A chance for me to finally make something of myself. A chance for me to establish my exact mission here in the SWF. You see since I first started here, I wasn't sure about my personal goals and ambitions, I just knew I wanted to start off and make sure people knew what some "Sweet Southern Comfort" tasted like. But recently, as I looked over this Monday's card I have realized that someone sees potential in my abilities. Sure it may have taken some liquor spit in Sean Davis' eyes or maybe it took Heath Black to finally learn what it feels to Black Out, but as long as the message is getting across it seems everything will be as it should...

(Martin gets up and walks over to a punching bag that is suspended from the ceiling, he begins a few rounds of punching before stopping once again..)

Martin: You see come Monday, I will get a shot at the Cruiserweight Title against the recently crowned Austin Sly. I will not only continue to train for this match up, but I will also over extend myself to learn through knowledge :points to a thick book of wrestling moves: Yes! That's very splendid not only can I drink and party, but I can also read, watch and learn. I have your match against Johnny Dangerous on tape here as well, and you can bet your ass I will be going over this again and again until I have figured out your key. Because I have a saying that serves me good in Texas Hold'Em, find your opponents mark, their weakness, their sign, their one thing that tells you what cards they are holding, and don't just use it to your advantage..BUT EXPLOIT IT!

(Martin continues punching at the suspended punching bag while he stares at the tv that is now dimly lit, displaying Johnny Dangerous vs Austin Sly. Martin stops rewinds the tape, gives a slight chuckle, and begins writing something down in a small notebook that is at the end of the table. The scene fades with one last closing shot of Martin punching the bag, before the scene completely fades to black and in white letters "Fraternally Yours" with the royal blue lettering of Pi Kappa Phi below it..)

I liked your promo first off for obvious reasons. (Y) @ mentioning my charater. Secondly, I'm glad to see you establishing some charater to your...well charater. Keep it up, and I look forward to your Smarkdown match.
