Steviekick 0 Report post Posted June 27, 2004 I find this all pretty annoying. If they are bothering this much to do it, at least bring back the original 2099ers.
starvenger 0 Report post Posted June 28, 2004 I find this all pretty annoying. If they are bothering this much to do it, at least bring back the original 2099ers. Sure, why not? I think that the world is not only asking for the return of Ravage 2099, they're DEMANDING it...

Vyce 0 Report post Posted June 28, 2004 I'm mildly interested in this (I did read Spiderman 2099 & X-Men 2099 back in the day), but my bank account isn't such that I can justify picking up five new titles at 2.99 a piece. Especially since September is also going to bring the debut of the new Dr. Strange series by JMS.
Guest combat_rock Report post Posted July 3, 2004 The only truely great thing to come out of the 2099 line was Spider-Man, but Peter David. If they aren't even going to have that, there's no point.

Guest The Ultimate Fantasy Report post Posted July 16, 2004 The Black Panther 2099 sounds a bit different than others and I remember a book where he fought the KKK and it was cool how the emphasized his stealth and cunning over other stuff.
JasonX 0 Report post Posted July 16, 2004 It should be noted that this is just an ULTRA CYNICAL MARKETTING PLOY since Marvel knows these books won't sell as is, they are putting "2099" on all of the covers to try and trick people into buying them...
