Placebo Effect 0 Report post Posted July 15, 2004 04/13/2002 – W – Devon Storm – Melbourne, Australia – 17:02 (steel cage match…WWA Eruption) I was there for that match and the match stunk. Devon Storm hits a spash on Sabu through two tables and Sabu got up first! Now that's selling. The Eruption match wasn't bad compared to their WWA Revolution match which was absolutely dreadful. That entire PPV was just a big mess. The "best" match of the night was Styles/Lynn, which they'd later upstage several times in TNA. The match had such a lack of psychology, with one man having the advantage for a minute, and the other have it for the next, rinse, lather, repeat.

Guest Dynamite Kido Report post Posted July 15, 2004 Also, I wouldn't take this as 100% accurate. I went to a ECW House show a couple weeks before Barely Legal where he and RVD fought the Eliminators in a TLC match that happened in New Kensington, Pa and it wasn't on that list. The match had such a lack of psychology, with one man having the advantage for a minute, and the other have it for the next, rinse, lather, repeat. Well there was a boring chant during that match.... My friend brought a book to read he knew the pay per view was going to be that bad.
cawthon777 0 Report post Posted July 16, 2004 Also, I wouldn't take this as 100% accurate. I went to a ECW House show a couple weeks before Barely Legal where he and RVD fought the Eliminators in a TLC match that happened in New Kensington, Pa and it wasn't on that list. Yeah, by no means is that list 100% accurate or even 50% complete.

LucharesuFan619 0 Report post Posted July 17, 2004 I got a couple of dates and matches that they're missing. Not many though. What's really weird is that I was working on EXACTLY this over the last few months - compiling a record of every single of of Sabu's matches I could find. Weird. His PWA Collision With Tradition loss to Balls Mahoney on 3/9/03 in Danbury, CT isn't listed. I don't seem to see his GSCW match vs. Messiah either, although that may be in there and I may be missing it. EDIT: Sabu worked Owen Hart? Now THAT'S a weird combo... Also, anyone know if there are other record books like these online anywhere for different wrestlers, other than Sabu, and if so where they can be found? cawthon777 0 Report post Posted July 17, 2004 Kayfabe Memories message board had a few listed in the old school match results folder that I helped out with. It's a few pages back by now though.
