Mole Posted July 23, 2004 Report Posted July 23, 2004 Here. Looks like a good movie, I have faith in Oliver Stone.
razazteca Posted July 25, 2004 Report Posted July 25, 2004 Will it make more money than Troy and King Arthur?
Lord of The Curry Posted July 25, 2004 Report Posted July 25, 2004 I'm seeing it because Farrell fights a fuckin elephant in it. AN ELEPHANT. When was the last time we saw that in a movie?
dubq Posted July 26, 2004 Report Posted July 26, 2004 Looks more like a pile of puke. Anything with Colin Farrell in it automatically gets my vote against it.

Highland Posted July 26, 2004 Report Posted July 26, 2004 Well, if A&E can cast Jeff Daniels and Kelsey Grammer to play Washington, then I suppose Hollywood can cast Colin Farrel to play Alexander the Great.
Guest krazykat72 Posted July 26, 2004 Report Posted July 26, 2004 It'll be interesting to see how Oliver Stone does with this. -Paul Jacobi-

Lord of the Rings: Return of the King I'm talking real elephants here, plus, those were oliphants (or mumakil).
Guest Reservoir_Kitty Posted July 27, 2004 Report Posted July 27, 2004 The movie looks great.. I'm all over the elephant fight and Angelina Jolie. Plus, I'm a big nerdy historical buff so I like movies like this. I hope it's not too ungodly long, and I think it'll be very good. Worth the money.
