You do realize that I'm more or less agreeing with you, right? But I can ALSO see where from a mod standpoint it might be considered flame-baiting/trolling. I can only answer for myself here but I'll say that I must have either a) missed them b) didn't think they were needing a warning and c) might have been lazy and not cared. It could be any one.
