*Smackdown Spoilers* for Aug. 19

Recommended Posts

Important note.

Big Show RE-SIGNED. Had he resigned, it means he would have quit.

This is a peeve of mine, please carry on.

He did quit. He said he would quit if Eddy Guerrero defeated him in a match and he didn't get the Strap on one random SDown. And he lost. So he quit.

Well, he DID quit. Heh.

Why on earth would RVD feud with Kenzo Suzuki? I mean, I don't guess there's really much else for him to do at the moment (what with Booker/Cena best of 5 going, Angle and Eddie, JBL/UT), but still it's Kenzo Suzuki. And by the way, I haven't seen it mentioned on here very much, but honestly, who in the year 2004 uses a fucking clawhold?

Apparently, Kenzo Suzuki does. :)

I don't mind that Kidman/London jobbed as long as it leads to at least 10 minute title matches between the two teams. If not than it's a waste to job London/Kidman because they're a good tag team and Noble/Chavo are more or less thrown together. This two teams wrestling eachother is better than the Dudleys regaining the belts. They're wasting RVD if he's going to feud with Kenzo. I mean they give his match with Dupree 10 minutes. They should continue that feud because at least it can produce decent matches. RVD is not a worker to make Kenzo look good. I doubt that Eddie can carry Kenzo to a decent match.

I haven't watched a full Smackdown in such a long time I have no idea who Kenzo is.

So who is he?

a Really tall Japanese Wrestler with no talent, but for some reason management think he's a good investment, despite not knowing english except for 3 words and having god awful matches everywhere.

Hey, it's a combination clawhold / STO, so it's like 8,000 times more powerful!

All he has to do is sit-out and it would be the most deadly finisher EVER!

And Vince likes him, and was thinking about turning him face.

Well he made Dupree look good but Kenzo is japanese for Billy Gunn.

I don't think so, if I remember correctly some indy guys tried out for the original series and correct me if i'm wrong, but Nowinski had already had few matches before TE didn't he?

Yeah you're right. During the TE casting call when they were interviewing the people one of the guys, not Nowinski, had went to wrestling school. And Tazz flat out asked the guy if he would have a problem with TE reprograming him so to speak.

And yes Nowinski did go to wrestling school. He was trained by Killer Kweilsil (sp?) the same wrestler that trained HHH and Chyna. During one of the eps Nowinski was showing some of the people how to do a move. Torri got mad and told him that's not how they do moves they do moves the WWF way.

Yeah, because indy wrestlers do collar-elbow tie ups different from the WWE womens division.
