Hey hey, holy mackerel! To my surprise I was easily able to install my own Internet and just a day later, I am hooked up and fully situated in my dorm room. I'll be studying journalism at Northern Illinois University, so I think for the time being. Things are lookin great so far, and I'm already excited about everything that's to come.

 

 

Any advice for my future endeavors from any other students or graduates here would be much appreciated. Thanks a million guys

I've always wondered why I didn't study journalism. I'd be so much more suited to it than Commerce.

If you are majoring in journalism look in to advertising sales, its part of the journalism major. You can make major money right out of college. I just got done interning at Newscorp, and many of the advertising people were pulling in six figures per year. I got hooked on to it from listening to a Joey Styles interview where he described his job, he is in advertising sales.

That was different, that was taken during the University Drinking Games week. I had just sprinted 400m and sculled 5 beers. I kept drinking when I was done hurling, there's no shame in spewing if you can keep going.
