The fine print on the Tough Enough website states: "THE WINNER WILL BE AWARDED A WWE TALENT CONTRACT WORTH UP TO $1,000,000 (US DOLLARS). THE TALENT CONTRACT PROVIDES FOR, AMONG OTHER THINGS, $250,000 PER YEAR OVER A FOUR YEAR TERM AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO WWE STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS."
