Guest Staravenger Report post Posted August 22, 2004 Shit, I might get this one if peoples opinions here are convinced it's worth the ten bucks. <--sheep to the TNA posters here.
Guest MikeSC Report post Posted August 22, 2004 Wow, two decent matches and a BUNCH of completely irrelevant matches. Nice to see that they're intending to just load up the PPV before they go bye-bye. -=Mike

Placebo Effect 0 Report post Posted August 25, 2004 Family emergency? Bit odd given that he reportedly said his goodbyes a week ago... With Vito having said his goodbyes, I can believe that he just said "Fuck it," and decided to stay home instead of making $500, but being on the losing side of a match to Chris F'n Vaughn. Guest Dynamite Kido Report post Posted August 25, 2004 Well, in all honesty I think I am going to have to skip out this week. If I hear good stuff about it.....I might check out the replay this weekend.

Question I have to ask is: How in the hell did Vito develop such an ego? Is being a midcarder for a dying ECW and dying WCW really that much to build yourself up over? -=Mike

It's just a wrestler thing, I've met indy guys who haven't done shit in their careers acting like they sell out the Tokyo Dome on a regular basis. Not all are like that.......but a lot of them seem to be(aka ego for no reason).

I think it was in the Observer I read a story that sums up Vito's sense of self-importance, about when he was WCW tag team champion, a parking attendent requested to see some ID before letting him in, to which Vito responded in anger: "Don't you know who I am!? I'm one half of the WCW tag team champions! I don't have to show any ID!" Yikes.

Guest Staravenger Report post Posted August 25, 2004 IF the parking lot incident was at an arena for a WCW Show, then he's obviously got a right to sound like that. But if he's going somewhere else, yeah, thats one hell of an ego problem. "Im the Tag Champion of the company thats about to die! Watch me! Watch me!
