AndrewTS 0 Report post Posted September 12, 2004 Banky can't tell the sprites apart? You should have cut down on the masturbation before it was too late. Seriously, though, I can make them out just fine, although they changed the colors of the outfits and stuff to get past the legal problems. If I recall correctly, one of the versions has Stone Cold named as something similar to "Chilly McFreeze" and his finisher is called the Deep Freeze, so either a huge coincidence or the translators are as big wrestling nerds as the game's players. razazteca 0 Report post Posted September 12, 2004 The best way to play the game is with cheat save states that have the real names and costumes.
Guest dr. deaf Report post Posted September 14, 2004 I'm... C. Amused that you can't dope out the controls to Fire Pro. Oh no, I'm being put down by a wrestling and video game fanatic - whatever shall I do?!? If being able to figure out a control scheme makes me a "fanatic" then I guess I'm guilty. Of course, coming from a guy with STRIKE FORCE in his sig this means less than nothing. Quiet down, Strike Force owns you, your daddy, and your momma's snatch. Rick Martel is hot. Tito has sex appeal. And Raz, I'd love to make Silent Bob, but all I need to envision is the blob I am playing as in the ring is him - there's no other way around it. It's their mullet isn't it? You got the fever for a little business in the front and party down in the back. Yeah Baby! Rock that BUTT!!
Angle-plex 0 Report post Posted May 26, 2006 Is there any reason why my created guys SUCK compared to the premade ones? I can destroy all my CAWs even when their stats are high yet struggle against Misawa/Baba/Andre.
Prophet of Mike Zagurski 0 Report post Posted May 26, 2006 Are we talking about the GBA version? Check your movesets. Moves are rank A-E depending on your fighting style.
deancoles 0 Report post Posted May 26, 2006 Check the Logic the CAW has as well.
Angle-plex 0 Report post Posted May 26, 2006 Moveset is ok. What should the logic look like? Yes this is the GBA version.
USC Wuz Robbed! 0 Report post Posted May 26, 2006 I got this game today. It's pretty good. The only gripe I have is that you start out with only a few wrestlers to begin with (and lookie, it's WWE guys!). Oh well it's time to rip it up with my CAW and hopefully unlock the good wrestlers eventually. Question, "Hungry Wolf" Jake is supposed to be Edge, right? BorneAgain 0 Report post Posted May 26, 2006 Create this guy more or less. Go to EDIT mode than NAME ENTRY and Enter this as follows Nick Name: ALL Last Name (On the Left): STYLE First Name (On Right): CLEAR Exchange: Off Middle: Leave Blank Now press start than hit B until you are out of the EDIT mode and on hte Main Menu. And here's how to store the code in hte system memory, cause by default it won't. Now go to Audience Mode than Start a new Game or Load a previous game. Now Press start than choose Save. Overwrite any data if your prompted. Now exit the mode. Now all the hiddens should be saved into the system memory.
USC Wuz Robbed! 0 Report post Posted May 26, 2006 Oh shit. My apologies. I should have mentioned I had FPW2, not 1.
MillenniumMan831 0 Report post Posted May 26, 2006 Give this one a whirl ------------------------------------------- 10/8/2002 All Wrestlers Unlocked Alright, just go into CAW. Put this in as the name of the CAW: Nick Name: ALL Last Name (On the Left): WRESTLER First Name (On Right): CLEAR Exchange: Off Middle: Leave Blank Then, save the CAW. After that, all wrestlers in the game should be unlocked. After saving, you can then overwrite the CAW with another CAW if you wish and still have all the wrestlers unlocked. BorneAgain 0 Report post Posted May 26, 2006 Eh, its almost the same for 2. Just go into CAW. USC Wuz Robbed! 0 Report post Posted May 27, 2006 Another question for people with FPW2, Gamewinners.com details a "Manager of the Ring" mode, but I only have Exhibition, Ironman Road, Wrestler List, Practice Do-Jo and Edit modes available. Any insight in whether Im missing modes (and if so how to get it) or something is appreciated.
DangerousDamon 0 Report post Posted May 27, 2006 I think Manager of the Ring is only in the Japenese version of the game. I've been trying to find the rom of that to try that out for awhile now.
USC Wuz Robbed! 0 Report post Posted May 27, 2006 Fucking hell. Oh well, the game still rules. I don't know what the hell Banky's problem is. I got a hang of the timing issue within a hour or so.
daileyxplanet 0 Report post Posted May 28, 2006 I know I can't play the rom worth nothing, but I have a crappy computer, so the runtime is crap.
