Lil' Bitch Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 Its about time Jindrak got a push! Dupree/Kenzo vs. RVD/Mysterio- Tag Title Match Damn, I didn't call that one at all. Big return for Rico, who had a lot of crowd support. Rico gets the pin after a moonsualt. OMG, he fucking nailed the moonsault on somebody!!!
AndrewTS Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 Stamboli was all kinds of cute, bouncing every time Nunzio would do good & working the crowd. Woah -- big, gorgeous VIP-type guy, just strolled by from the back & was escorted to his seats. Rico is so damn happy to be back, it’s adorable! He’s having the time of his life out there, (It’s contagious!), & the gimmick hasn’t changed one bit. Bashams are fine opponents, but this is Rico’s party. Watch for Charlie’s & Rico’s respective high spots at the end of the match – very nice. Give the win to Rico, who’s all smiles. :-) Rene Dupree w/ Kenzo & Hiroku vs. Bob Holly: Where’s Fifi!?!?!? No Fifi???? Awwww. Has Hiroku had the little french & japanese flags in her hair before? Anybody watch enough Trading Spaces to remember the one room they kept calling “A Pretty Room … by Doug” ? Now we have “A Poem … by Heidenreich.” Man, who gives wankers like this access to a computer? Apparently that recap was either done by a female or a walking gay stereotype.
iliketurtles Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 That's awesome about Hogan/Boston/Fourth of July. Instead of posing with the hair, Angle should of posed with the gun. And Viscera brings the awesome as always.
pochorenella Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 Pretty good show from the looks of it. All buildup to the PPV. Strange that the Rock didn't make a pre-taped appearance at least, after all, it's "his" show. No Mercy seems to be shaping up quite nicely, I think. It's been a while since I've been looking forward to a SD!PPV (all the way back to NWO2004) so hopefully this one delivers the goods.
Dewe Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 Oh I almost forgot. Vince McMahon is given a poem. A poem, by Heidenreich. Does he go anal on Vince? Nope, but they stare deep into each others eyes and Vince tells him it was a really nice poem. Apparently they picked up were Vince and Brock left...
Kizzo Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 Ok this is the season premiere....although this is suppose to be special because its the 5th year anniversary....why wasn't there a new set.....hell why wasn't it even LIVE...
HollywoodSpikeJenkins Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 Can Booker be going over Cena, and then London gets a US Title feud? PUSH LONDON!
Guest Mickey Al Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 First thing's first. They are capable of pushing London into midcarder for life, since he can do the work, but they gotta establish him first. I mean, on a kayfabe mindset, who the fuck is he? Why is he here? Where did he come from? It's things like these that half the roster gets little reaction. Characters, WWE, characters!
Guest Anglesault Posted September 23, 2004 Report Posted September 23, 2004 Its about time Jindrak got a push! If you say so.
Spaceman Spiff Posted September 23, 2004 Report Posted September 23, 2004 I don't know about *pushing* Jindrak, but I know I'd rather see what he can do on SD than Suzuki or Heidenreich. He can certainly be a workable midcard heel.

CanadianChick Posted September 23, 2004 Report Posted September 23, 2004 Heh, the first report I read said that London beat Booker. Thought that was a bit off. I'm still a little surprised they had Booker cheat, and then Paul punk out Booker. I'd think they'd be pushing London soon if they are protecting him somewhat like that. A gun? Um, alright.

Where did he come from? It's things like these that half the roster gets little reaction. Characters, WWE, characters! If they'd had given them a unique look, some sort of characters, built them up an an established team as they worked on their mic skills, *then* split them, people would care. As it is, a team that people believe has teamed for about a month (and even a few months would still be insufficient) who were vanilla babyfaces split it. Boo-hoo. It doesn't help that Kidman is a heel who couldn't keep heat if you lit him on fire and neither of them are exactly stellar mic workers, and you got a feud that reeks of time-filler. Then they'll team back up in again a few months, split again, and you'll just think London is a stupid douche rather than a sympathic face.
