Know we have the Mozilla thread, but thought I would start one for everyones thoughts on Firefox. Is anyone else using it and what are your thoughts?

I have it. Far better than Netscape, Opera, or IE. Tabs > *.

I cant say that I see much difference in 1.0PR vs the .9 release that I downloaded a while back. There are a few minor changes, but everything seems to work as well as it did before.

Hells yeah, man. I made the switch from IE to 1.0 when the new version came out. I've yet to miss IE at all.

well i've switched to the mozilla suite. I tried firefox but it felt kinda glitchy.

I had IE but spyware kept getting on my computer. I learned of Firefox from another thread here and I just love it

I just wanted to bump this to say that Firefox 1.0 (the actual one, not the preview) is out now.

I use firefox and it's fantastic. The only problems I ever have are on some downloads, so I just copy the URL for IE, but that's only for those occasions

Firefox doesn't agree with my computer, so I'm on Firebird.

 

Seems the same without all of the extra bells and whistles.

The download manager is a little sketchy, but the bookmark toolbar and tabs (and lack of spyware) are definite checks in the plus column. I'd definitely grab it over IE.
