kkktookmybabyaway 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2004 I'm surprised that four playoff teams of a year ago -- Dr. Tom, Gert, Fazzle and Human Fly -- are a combined 1-13...

Guest Agent of Oblivion Report post Posted October 4, 2004 I have the exact same record as I did last year at this time. Though Miami was 0-2 when I took over.

Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Report post Posted October 4, 2004 That was stupid of me to pick the 49ers over the Rams. Oh well, the Chiefs certainly aren't going to beat the Ravens.

Lightning Flik 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2004 I thank the spread. That and I choose more wisely now. ...although, only in the picks that matter probably.

Dr. Tom 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2004 I blame Mike's head cheerleader being a whore, too. She's kept me... uh, distracted, and my picks have suffered. Besides, there's only one "spread" I think of when she's around, and it's not the points one...

Lightning Flik 0 Report post Posted October 5, 2004 I've got a two game lead on both the Bucs and Saints, and a 3 game lead on the Panthers. Awesome.
Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted October 5, 2004 So the Packers, Cardinals, Falcons, and Giants are the best in the NFC right now. Packers hold a tiebreaker for beating the Giants and the Falcons for beating the Cardinals. Awesome. The real life Pack SHOULD be 3-1 also if not for injuries and stupid mistakes. Not to mention bad coaching. Okay, maybe they shouldn't be 3-1 then... :-\
kkktookmybabyaway 0 Report post Posted October 5, 2004 Don't even think about tie-breakers now. Last year was such a clusterfuck in regards to end-of-season tie-breakers, I still have nightmares trying to sift through that wreckage of bubble teams... Lightning Flik 0 Report post Posted October 5, 2004 Aw the tie-breakers made it fun last year... Although speaking of freaking ties, I would've been in the playoffs if there wasn't a fucking tie that fazzle got, that made him get into the NFC South Wild Card last year. You can't imagine my joy at looking down from the top of my division to see him at dead freaking last this year.

Lightning Flik 0 Report post Posted October 5, 2004 I gotta admit that I'm kinda surprised at how sucky my division is. We only had ONE team with a .500 record last year and we are currently on pace for that again. Although this time, I'm the one team that will be above .500 when the season ends.
