cbacon 0 Report post Posted October 3, 2004 Indeed. Morgan being OVW champion certainly helped his case, so it's not that far of a stretch having him at #48, being the champion of the WWE's farm team and all.

Guest Dean and Foam Report post Posted October 3, 2004 Al Snow is the USA Pro Champion and thoroughly kicked Low Ki's ass in what was said to be an excellent main event at last month's show. How's that?
Guest Dean and Foam Report post Posted October 3, 2004 Do PWI even keep up with independent wrestling, let alone watch it? C.M. Punk, Colt Cabana and Homicide are all WAY too low, by whatever criteria you want to rate them. Petey Williams behind Bobby Rude - how does that work? Dan Maff, B.J. Whitmer, Alex Shelley and Chris Hero all ranked way too low as well given the success they've had in the major indy leagues. The TSM list is much better. CanadianChick 0 Report post Posted October 3, 2004 215. Tony Kozina (well not exactly local, but he comes up here so often.) 298. Vance Nevada 300. Scotty Mac 389. Dropkick Murphy 413. Major Hardway Not a bad showing by the Pacific Northwest. And it's all pretty good wrestlers too.
Guest wayzing Report post Posted October 7, 2004 The list has a few noticeable errors, but otherwise is pretty accurate. Keep in mind the time period, as well. September 2003 to August 2004. Brock Lesnar not being included for example.
UseTheSledgehammerUh 0 Report post Posted October 7, 2004 That is pretty ridiculous. However, keep this in mind: In kayfabe mode, PWI ranks the wrestlers. The wrestlers "appreciate" the honor. Even giving "interviews" about how they "accept" the honor. Lesnar, in real life, has said "wrestling is behind me, I don't want anything to do with it". Maybe PWI is "honoring his wishes".
