Guest MikeSC Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 Montana called for Bush. Totals are now 195-112. Bush needs to pick up roughly 75 more Electoral Votes to win and may be able to do that without the Big Four. FL should be called for Bush right now. Everything is falling for Bush. NH is definitely leading Bush. OH is looking rather solid. -=Mike ...Add in NM, NV, ID, IA, and WI and, well, my pick is looking damned good, eh?
teke184 Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 New Haaaaampshah is back to 50-50 between Bush and Kerry. AFAIK, Kerry's lead there all night.
Vyce Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 Something fishy in Ohio Currently: Bush 708,716 53% Kerry 635,843 47% BUT: For the Exit Polls Women support Kerry 53% to 47% Men support Kerry 51% to 49% Independents support Kerry 60% to 39% Men, women and Independents support Kerry more than Bush, yet Ohio is still going to Bush? With all the new voters all that's going on... how can it be that Republicans are turning out more than Democrats? Why would Bush be ahead AT ALL? The diebold machines are clearly rigged OR.... Exit polls have been shown to be horribly inaccurate. -=Mike And yet, every election people still put stock in the nonsense.
Guest MikeSC Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 When they have Kerry winning Southern states, that should have raised red flags. -=Mike
teke184 Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 193 Electoral Votes?!? Did Bush pick up one of Maine's Congressional Districts?
Guest MikeSC Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 193 Electoral Votes?!? Did Bush pick up one of Maine's Congressional Districts? He picked up some tiny state. Kerry is very much not looking good. -=Mike

Kerry is very much not looking good. -=Mike He had 195 by my earlier count... I was wondering how they could get 193 instead of 195 (with Montana) or 192 (without Montana).
Guest MikeSC Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 NRO is reporting that there is word coming down that NJ might be put back in place. -=Mike
Kahran Ramsus Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 193 Electoral Votes?!? Did Bush pick up one of Maine's Congressional Districts? He picked up the final vote from Nebraska.
teke184 Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 Ah... that explains it. However, that last Maine vote is still out there.
Guest MikeSC Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 I still don't get why they haven't called FL for Bush yet. -=Mike
JoeDirt Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 Bunning projected as the winner in KY. They were talking about "Bunning's conduct" on CNN...what did he do?
Guest MikeSC Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 Bunning projected as the winner in KY. They were talking about "Bunning's conduct" on CNN...what did he do? He seemed to have lost his mind a few weeks back. Was acting a little loony. -=Mike
Guest The Shadow Behind You Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 You really think ANY networks wants to go ahead and announce one of the big three without 100% certainty.
teke184 Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 I still don't get why they haven't called FL for Bush yet. -=Mike The voting barons of Little Havana haven't turned in the graveyard vote yet.
Guest MikeSC Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 You really think ANY networks wants to go ahead and announce one of the big three without 100% certainty. FL is over. Period. -=Mike ...The numbers are insanely in Bush's favor...
GreatWhiteNope Posted November 3, 2004 Author Report Posted November 3, 2004 I still don't get why they haven't called FL for Bush yet. -=Mike Like Begala said (I know it's Begala, but anyway) - there's hundreds of thousands of absantee ballots Florida wasn't expecting. He projected they may take until Thursday (the deadline) to count them all.

Instead of appearing in person at the debate, he appeared via satellite from DC and, contrary to rules, used a teleprompter to do his opening and closing statements.

Period. -=Mike ...The numbers are insanely in Bush's favor... Yeah, but even if Kerry has 1 in 1000 chance right now they don't want to risk it after 2000. Just relax, Bush fans should be very comfortable right now, I'm sure you're a happy man.
therealworldschampion Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 NRO is reporting that there is word coming down that NJ might be put back in place It should be, 2 Southern New Jersey counties still have to be tallied (Burlington and Salem) and 1 Northern NJ county (Bergen) and Kerry was only up 5 points. Burlington and Salem are very pro-Republican by nature, I'm not sure about Bergen. Burlington County usually votes the same as Ocean County(where I live) and Bush won by 50,000 votes in Ocean County.
Vyce Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 I still don't get why they haven't called FL for Bush yet. -=Mike The voting barons of Little Havana haven't turned in the graveyard vote yet. Don't make jokes like that when I have a full bladder.

By all accounts (since you get the ballots through parties), Bush has a roughly 100,000 - 150,000 vote advantage with absentee. -=Mike
Kahran Ramsus Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 Show some patience Mike. He's probably going to win anyways.
Guest The Shadow Behind You Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 It might be early but If Kerry fails to nab this election and that's at the moment in jeopardy. How quickly will the Dems redesign their program again and how long will it take for them to secure their 2008 "fore front"? and whom would it be.

Burlington and Salem are very pro-Republican by nature, I'm not sure about Bergen. And the current margin is IDENTICAL to FL and OH (a 5 point spread). -=Mike ...But the press is going to be REAL hesitant to do so...
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 Kerry needs to score like 7 runs in the 9th to win...
