iliketurtles Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 Can someone actually post everyone who has gotten fired? I'm totally lost.
Guest Askewniverse Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 Billy Gunn A-Train Test Chuck Palumbo Gail Kim Nidia Jazz Rodney Mack Johnny Stamboli Rico
iliketurtles Posted November 5, 2004 Author Report Posted November 5, 2004 Alright...thank you good sir. Rico's by far the most shocking out of all of them.
cbacon Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 RAW  A-Train Palumbo Gail Kim Nidia Test Rodney Mack Jazz  SD  Billy Gunn Rico Stamboli
ChrisMWaters Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 I think I know why all these people are getting cut... Â *Points to $1,000,000 Tough Enough
Guest Trivia247 Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 They must have voted Democrat.
Guest Brian Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 Keep it all in here. I'm closing the other threads and redirecting everyone here.
Kurt Angle Mark Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 Dave Meltzer says that he has been told that at least 2 more people will be cut and that the announcement should come soon.
The Niggardly King Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 Dave Meltzer says that he has been told that at least 2 more people will be cut and that the announcement should come soon. I wonder who it could be, Funaki is still around, right?
Guest LooneyTune Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 RAW has lost enough of their Heat roster. Expect Smackdown to drop someone that we won't expect...Hardcore Holly and a jobber, probably Akio or Nunzio.
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 Hardcore Holly and Steven Richards  Those are my predictions  or Rosey instead of Holly.
AlaskanHero Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 (edited) Ok, here are observations and shit. Thank me later.  So the list of workers released is....  Billy Gunn Chuck Palumbo Johnny Stamboli Test A-Train Rodney Mack Jazz Rico Nidia Gail Kim  According to WWE, the Raw roster has 43 workers. 9 are non-wrestlers (Jim Ross, Lawler, Coach, Todd, Bischoff, Ivory, The Rock, Foley, and Lilian). 7 are out with injuries (Nowinski, Cade, Mark Henry, Matt Hardy, technically Kane, Shawn Micheals, and Tyson Tomko). That leaves us with 27. Take away the women wrestlers and we have 25. And that's including the Heat people.  Now on Smackdown, they have 41 workers. 10 are non-wrestlers (DeMott, Mathews, Tazz, Cole, Hiroko, Dawn Marie, Miss Jackie, Teddy Long, Heyman, and Torrie Wilson). 2 are injured (Haas and technically Cena). That leaves us with....29 workers. Including the Velocity mainstays  EDIT-Deleted message  Anyways here are the up to the date rosters for all of you. iliketurtles Posted November 5, 2004 Author Report Posted November 5, 2004 Mick Foley is a non-wrestler.
teke184 Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 Rico getting cut fucking blows... I hope that TNA or Ring Of Honor picks him up as he's great. Â Worst comes to worst, Cornette could get the WWE to hire him as a trainer in OVW. Â Â The only other one that shocks me a bit is Jazz, but I think her getting cut is partially due to her string of injuries.
Stephen Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 If it's a money issue, i would think Torrie Wilson is one of the highest paid divas behind Lita and Trish. I would like to see Torrie gone, but i can't see it happening. Â Here's hoping Heidenreich stinks up the joint in his match with taker, this way vince can fire him on the spot. Â It's really hard to say who will be next, especially since rico wasn't on anybody's radar. Â If hardcore holly doesn't get canned, then the whole fire sale was a dud.
AlaskanHero Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 Ok, I'm fixing the list  EDIT-There it's fixed? Happy?
Use Your Illusion Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 I'm predicting the Bashams next, as they fell out of favour with McMahon quite a while ago and have been doing absolutely nothing. Vince obviously doesn't give a shit about them.
Guest LooneyTune Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 Way to go with the listing Rod-man. I actually forgot Garrison Cade and Chris Nowitski were still under contract. I see Ultimo Dragon isn't listed. I thought he was just on a Leave of Absence.
The Mandarin Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 Rico was the only guy who actually cared to interact with the fans outside of the arena. Real class act who is also pretty damn good in the ring. So he gets fired, of course. Â Like Tawren said, it's probably the worst firing since Goldust (who, in my opinion, was one of WWE's top wrestlers in 2002). Â Of course, regularly pleasing the fans hasn't been a priority in years.
razazteca Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 Ok, I'm fixing the list  EDIT-There it's fixed? Happy? I thought it was one of the announcers on one of the shows I don't watch like Experience or Bottem Line
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 I actually forgot Garrison Cade and Chris Nowitski were still under contract. Those may be the two guys cut considering Nowitski is toast anyway.
Der Kommissar Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 Is Cade injured of something? I haven't really seen him around after his push with the Coach failed. If he isn't, I'd assume he'd be the next on the firing line.
Stephen Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 I would think Hardcore Holly's contract would be a lot higher then Garrison Cade and Chris Nowinski's. I think WWE might hire Nowinski in the office, he is from havard and prob has a degree in business.
Guest LooneyTune Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 Is Cade injured of something? I haven't really seen him around after his push with the Coach failed. If he isn't, I'd assume he'd be the next on the firing line. He's injured. I don't remember how, but it was about two weeks after he injured Benjamin with a miscommunication that involved his knee brace.
EdwardKnoxII Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 I don't think Garrison Cade will get fired. Wasn't he trained by HBK or went to his wrestling school or something like that. In that case he'll have someone "higher up" that can help him keep his job.
razazteca Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 Cade is family so he will be there forever.
EdwardKnoxII Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 Cade is family so he will be there forever. What do you mean his family? I didn't know he was related to HBK.
AlaskanHero Posted November 5, 2004 Report Posted November 5, 2004 That's Micheal Shane. He's in TNA and the indies. Cade has no relation to HBK other than being from his school.
