eiker_ir 0 Report post Posted December 10, 2004 oh man it's great, they should make every poster a movie themed one, can you imagine HHH as Danny Zucko for WM?
Guest Mike Haseloff Report post Posted December 11, 2004 The Royal Rumble poster is surprisingly clever. Too bad the show probably won't be. They wasted all their creativity on the poster; the show is doomed. Seriously, what the fuck is going on with the Rumble poster? How is that clever? Will someone please explain to me what the hell the ladders are all about? It'd be cool if it was a new format. Over the top rules still... but in a CAGE! Slickster 0 Report post Posted December 11, 2004 Seriously, what the fuck is going on with the Rumble poster? How is that clever? Will someone please explain to me what the hell the ladders are all about? Go read what this musical is about and maybe then you'll get how this ties in to the Royal Rumble. It'd be cool if it was a new format. Over the top rules still... but in a CAGE! Paging RavishingRickRudo...
The Amazing Rando 0 Report post Posted December 11, 2004 they should make every poster a movie themed one, can you imagine HHH as Danny Zucko for WM? *Scene: deepest jungles of Earth* For thousands of years... *cue 'Also Sprach Zarathrusta' ...man has searched for that one reason... *the scene zooms back, flying farther than farther up into the atmosphere* ...that one reason to simply step away from it all... *The Earth floats through space, the sun glimmering from around it's long horizon* ...Coming this Sunday... *GONG* John Bradshaw Layfield... Bob Holly... and introducing... Bushwhacker Luke... Three men whose destines cross paths... once, and only once... finally giving the people what they want... Smackdown! and Stanley Kubrick PRESENT... World Wrestling Entertainment's Eyes Wide Shut "Layfield. Holly. Luke." *WHOOOSH* *The image of the three men appears on the screen, but then suddenly pulls back to Batista staring at his Macintosh, a smile on his face* Orton: I can not allow you to do that, Dave. Guest Phenom Report post Posted December 11, 2004 I declare Rando to not be as good at parody as I am.
The Amazing Rando 0 Report post Posted December 11, 2004 maybe if i would have taken a bit longer to throw it together than 5 minutes. Also, I was originally going to use Droz in place of Luke, but felt that was beyond taste, and my offensive bell rang.
Guest Mike Haseloff Report post Posted December 12, 2004 Go read what this musical is about and maybe then you'll get how this ties in to the Royal Rumble. I've seen it, and if I have to start clicking and dance fighting you, I'll do it. Ah, the image didn't load for me at first. I haven't seen that poster. That's cool!
