Guest Fook_Theta Posted December 13, 2004 Report Posted December 13, 2004 What I don't quite get is that Eddie vs JBL seemed like a money draw for the latino and smart mark crowd, which would likely put him over on the marks after a few bouts. I'm pretty sure the buyrates got a .3 boost/stayed where they were when Eddie was champ. Yeah he was whigging out some backstage and at that fan, but I'm cannot be certain that wasn't because of backstage politics. Eddie vs JBL seemed like a good draw. Better than JBL vs Taker or JBL vs Booker.

At that show; Angle and Edge should have another choice meeting where Angle takes another shot at HBK. Edge goes over Shawn in a bloody match. Edge celebrates alone when Angle walks by and edge goes "U see that Kurt? I just kicked Shawn's ass" and Angle goes "Ha! So? Like that means anything. You beat up a broken down has been. congrats edge. big deal. Excuse me, I'm going to go beat 29 men and earn my shot at the title at WM and Main event. Which...you HAVEN'T done. Good job tonight kid. really". So, Edge wouldn't be in the Rumble match? That's a logic gap.

I forgot that ALL shows were joint shows until Bad Blood 2003. I was only thinking of the current joint shows only at the big 4 set up.

Why can't I throw one in there to set up a logical blowoff and set up for the edge/hbk and the angle/hbk programs? okay, move the Edge/HBK street fight blowoff to "the next night" on Raw, where Angle can still talk shit about Shawn to hype the return of shawn the next night only for shawn to *shock* people by interfering in the rumble to screw Angle. Have Angle draw #5 and last 'til about #16 and Shawn makes a shocking #17 entry and they go over the ropes to shock everyone with his return. Edge can conveintly be #18 and lay out Shawn on his way to the ring.
