treble Posted January 8, 2005 Report Posted January 8, 2005 As seen on the bottom of my last pay stub: CHRISTMAS DAY/Saturday, December 25 and >>> BOXING DAY/Sunday, December 26, ONTARIO ONLY <<< and NEW YEAR'S DAY, Saturday, January 1, 2005 : If you "meet the Statutory Holiday Pay requirements for your Province", the money will be Direct Deposited to your account by Friday, January 14, 2005..... PLEASE NOTE: The "deposit" for your Holiday Pay, will be "seperate" from your regular Weekly Pay deposit..... Stat Pay is based on an "average" day, which is calculated by taking 1/20th (=5%) of your "regular earnings, excluding overtime", in the 4 weeks before the Holiday..... Do not enter "hours" on your timeslip for the day of the Holiday, unless you actually "worked" that day. Instead, enter the word "Holiday"..... ENJOY THE HOLIDAY AND THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING MANPOWER!
MrRant Posted January 8, 2005 Report Posted January 8, 2005 I think the worst part is you spent the time to type that out.
Guest Failed Mascot Posted January 8, 2005 Report Posted January 8, 2005 Do not enter "hours" on your timeslip for the day of the Holiday, unless you actually "worked" Tim are you a prostitute?
Sideburnious Posted January 8, 2005 Report Posted January 8, 2005 ........... So are you just pointing out that they over quoted or are you pissed off about it?
DerangedHermit Posted January 8, 2005 Report Posted January 8, 2005 For some reason, I'm picturing the letter-writer as Chris Farley with dorky glasses.
Guest sek69 Posted January 8, 2005 Report Posted January 8, 2005 Maybe the person who wrote that "HAS BAD HYGENE" or "SCARES LITTLE CHILDREN". Maybe they " DON'T ALWAYS WIPE THEMSELVES PROPERLY" or "LETS THEIR SCABS HEAL". Man, I miss Farley.....
Slayer Posted January 8, 2005 Report Posted January 8, 2005 Do they only celebrate Boxing Day in Ontario?
