jimmy no nose 0 Report post Posted March 7, 2005 I've had it since Tuesday the 1st, I think it was supposed to be out Monday the 28th but my store didn't have it in. The game is great. I think it's a big improvement over the first one. You have a little more control over how hard your punches are going to be and there's some between round decision making that can help get you back in the fight. I have already read horror stories about people going up against either people that are REALLY good, or have figured out glitches, because their opponent basically does 1-punch knockdowns with every punch...... Ced 0 Report post Posted March 8, 2005 I haven't seen the PS2 version just yet, but on the X-Box version, seeing your swollen face between rounds from the cornerman cam is frighteningly photorealistic. I got some really big one-punch knockdowns by throwing a haymaker after a parry guard. I haven't heard of any glitches though. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Matt Young 0 Report post Posted March 8, 2005 I haven't played it yet, but I want to buy it. I simply don't have the cash right now after blowing it all on other games. My cousin and a couple friends along with many of my Xbox Live friends all own the game and adore it. I haven't talked to a single person that thinks it is anything less than stellar. Several of my friends spend upwards of 4-5 hours a day playing it on Live at times. It must be pretty damn addictive. If their opinions and those of many game reviewers are any indication, the game should be well worth picking up. I plan on renting it soon if I don't get a chance to play a friend's copy, so I'll voice my opinion as soon as possible. EDIT: Also, this game is on sale for $39.99 (regular price is $49.99) at Circuit City this week for those of you who do have money. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
