Ace309 Posted March 12, 2005 Report Posted March 12, 2005 Welcome to TheSmartMarks, where dung-flinging has become an art.
Nighthawk Posted March 12, 2005 Report Posted March 12, 2005 Tool is awesome. Silly lookin redneck Korn-wannabes strumming on banjos are not. You probably don't know my style yet, so I'll inform you that my signatures in no way represent endorsement. The banjo is a superior instrument. Tool remains suck.
Guest Undertow Posted March 12, 2005 Report Posted March 12, 2005 I'm not saying the banjo is a bad instrument, I was just pointing out how silly the pic is. And Tool is your master, remember that. And now this thread is getting somewhere. Sweet deal.
Guest cosbywasmurdered Posted March 12, 2005 Report Posted March 12, 2005 "Tool is your master"? Yeah there's an arguement.
Guest Undertow Posted March 12, 2005 Report Posted March 12, 2005 I'll be straight honest with you, Tool is magnificent. Not the best ever, but damned good for recent bands. Teach the punk/emo shit a good lesson with APC, and Tool if they ever come off their break.
SpikeFayeJettEdBebop Posted March 12, 2005 Report Posted March 12, 2005 Well my friend, if Tool remains the suck, then you must have started this gravy train. As my friend Jackie Chan would say: You are TEH SUCK I like the pic though, its really cool. Who the hell is that man? And do you often square dance with him?
Guest Undertow Posted March 12, 2005 Report Posted March 12, 2005 Haha good to know. Most people can't handle that sort of thing.
Guest Vitamin X Posted March 12, 2005 Report Posted March 12, 2005 I'm sure you're more than adequate at doing so, however.
Myxamatosis Posted March 12, 2005 Report Posted March 12, 2005 You probably don't know my style yet, so I'll inform you that my signatures in no way represent endorsement. Then, are they some form of postmodern expression? Wierd for the sake of being wierd, says I.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted March 12, 2005 Report Posted March 12, 2005 Tool's an awesome band unless you wear their shirts.
Nighthawk Posted March 12, 2005 Report Posted March 12, 2005 I like the pic though, its really cool. Who the hell is that man? And do you often square dance with him? It's H.R. Funk N' Puff. Then, are they some form of postmodern expression? Some of them do represent endorsement. Some of them are parody. Some are non sequitur. Currently, I'm expressing my appreciation of the banjo. This was the most interesting picture I could find. I've never heard this fellow play, he may be good, he may not be, so I do not comment on that.
Art Sandusky Posted March 12, 2005 Report Posted March 12, 2005 I haven't met a Tool fan yet who didn't wear the shirts or have some pin or a patch safety pinned onto something. I thought they were terrible when I first heard them, and still do.
Guest Undertow Posted March 12, 2005 Report Posted March 12, 2005 I don't own any Tool stuff except their CDs, and you have to learn to appreciate Tool's unique method of delivering music in order to understand them better.
Guest Vitamin X Posted March 12, 2005 Report Posted March 12, 2005 Tool's an awesome band unless you wear their shirts. What's wrong with wearing the shirts?
Your Paragon of Virtue Posted March 12, 2005 Report Posted March 12, 2005 Tool's an awesome band unless you wear their shirts. What's wrong with wearing the shirts? This.
Guest Undertow Posted March 14, 2005 Report Posted March 14, 2005 (edited) What Tool apparel is he wearing? http://www.firebolt.com/pw/toolshirt.jpg I don't see it. Edited March 18, 2005 by Undertow
