With their offense lacking a leadoff hitter unless Willy Taveras steps up and no protection for Bagwell the offense doesn't look too great. I guess they figure our pitching staff can get us a lot of 2-1 and 3-2 wins.

I know you take every opportunity to look cool at my expense, but if you ACTUALLY go back and read all of my posts and not just the glaring ones that stick out, you'd see that I'm not a blind Marlins apologist. I'm a fan who is excited about the team for 2005, not some clueless putz who will espouse the greatness of whatever is there at the time. And the odds iggy posted up seem much more accurate. Even I wouldn't have put the Mets at 8/1. 15/1 is more reasonable. There are still some questionable calls on there -- Astros at 18/1? -- but it looks to be more sensible overall.
