Frank Thomas...he better get to 500 home runs before he's done. Guy never touched roids, and has been cursed by his breaking down body. He was great to watch back in the 90s. Meanwhile, US Cellular Field has got to be one of the worst names ever for a ballpark. Unfortunately, Comiskey Park had its named wasted on the park. Ever sat in the upper deck? So god damned steep. Also, Bridgeport is where the Daley family is from, so the neighborhood is nice, thanks to constant police presence, but it is a nice area. And congrats Mole....I only have 2000. Yeah, Hurt always seemed like an alright guy but I think he gets ignored a lot because the injuries and the fact that the White Sox get a fraction of the coverage around here that the Cubs do. I'd say like 75/25. They're a small-market team in the country's third-largest city. Funny how that works. People I've talked to are always like "Chicago, they have two teams?" Yeah. Name does suck, even I was mad about that. I don't care so much about corporate names as long as they're not too cumbersome, or replace the name of an important person in the team or city who is being honored by having the park named after him. This breaks both rules. Nope never sat up top in fear of my nose actually spontaneously combusting. Neighborhood may not be THAT bad, but just comparing the two parks makes it seem worse.
