Scooby Doo

I remember Scooby Doo was bad enough when they introduced Scrappy Doo, but I've juad the misfortune to have a day day off wrk and catch some Scooby Doo with Scooby Doo's brother in it, an even worse character, I seem to remember them doing an episode with all of Scooby's family in it and thought it was bad enough as a one off but it seems that they carried it on, has anyone else seen these awful episodes??

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. And I think Scooby Dumb came before Scrappy.

And I am not a Scooby Doo fan, but the better half is so of course I had to get her that collection DVD for Xmas.

Oh, and when I was a kid I had a crush on Daphne. God I suck...

I always hated Scooby Doo. The episodes seemed like they would never end and would just drone on for hours. For me it was the same as Dragnet except in cartoon form.

Yeah you're right, it was his cousin, Scrappy Doo may be worse than him, but Scooby Dumb has got to be the best character name for anything ever!!

Has anyone ever ssen the episode with the whole of Scooby's familly in it, his mum and dad wear clothes, very strange- btw I think the show is/was awful but in an entertainingly stupid way....

For as bad as Scooby Doo is, at least the older episodes had this certain charm to them. The newer ones (I'm talking after the Scooby Doos where the opening credits show Scooby creeping on an eyelid and then he's waterskiing and a shark is attacking him) are just awful...

Scooby Doo 2 makes no sense if you're high. None whatsoever. There's like, a talking toaster, and stuff happens.

Are you sure you weren't watching "The Brave Little Toaster"?

And nothing can make me turn on Scooby Doo 2. Any movie series where Matthew Lillard is the best actor is not a good thing.
