Guest Crazy Dan Report post Posted March 29, 2005 I enjoy Johnny Depp, as I have enjoyed many of his movies. I have also enjoyed many Harrison Ford movies, except for the romantic comedies, but the Star Wars and Indiana Jones movies rock. I like Sean Connery, even though writers continue to give him parts where hot chicks find a man old enough to be their grandpa, sexy. I like Bruce Campbell as my favorite B-movie actor, who just has that comedic timing that makes his movies fun, despite relative cheesiness. Also, what actor could make getting beat up by their own possessed hand one of the most funny scenes I have ever seen? Bruce can and he did, "now give me some sugar." I also like Billy Bob Thorton, as he has displayed the ability to act in a variety of roles. Sure he is white trash and kinda strange (carrying Angelina Jolie's blood in a vial around your neck is wierd) but I will give him props for being more than just the Sling Blade guy, hmm, mmm. Morgan Freeman often will shine in movies that are mediocre and wonderful. I hated Deep Impact with a passion, but I liked his performance as the only saving grace. So when he gets a roll in a good movie, he really shines. That to me makes a good actor. Gene Hackman is one of my favorite villians, as he seems to always be having fun playing the bad guy. Steve Buschmi is another actor that gets over despite being one ugly mutha f@@@, shut yo mouth, Hey I am just talking about Buschmi, oh we can dig it. Sorry about that, but I often find him entertaining.

Guest MikeSC Report post Posted March 29, 2005 Ah Ed Norton and John Tuturro are two I forgot. I swear every time I see Tuturro I completely buy the character he is playing. I would've said Turturro, but I remember. I think, "Clockers" and thought it was atrocious. I know, it was a Spike Lee film so it probably wasn't John's fault it sucked so hard, but still. But that comedy he did EARLY in his career was ridiculously funny. -=Mike
Nighthawk 0 Report post Posted March 29, 2005 John Wayne I like all his westerns, his other stuff doesn't do it for me a lot of the time.

Ask women you know that are young enough to be his grand-daughter. They DO find him sexy.

You got me thinking though, so I went to imdb to check out his filmography. Found something I didn't know: He was in Raging Bull! Now I have to go back and watch that again to see him. Reminded me of the old Marx Brothers flicks before they all got cliche.

Ask women you know that are young enough to be his grand-daughter. They DO find him sexy. This might be true, but I don't want to see someone old enough to be my granddad be in any love scenes. I mean, wouldn't you get grossed out by the thought of your grandparents doing the nasty? I shudder the thought and those thought flash in front of my eyes when Connery is getting his freak on with a young lady.
Nighthawk 0 Report post Posted March 29, 2005 Women always find old men sexy. Men do tend to age better than women... but they're also attracted to things like maturity, and uh, being distinguished. Happened more in the past than it does now. They always found people like Cary Grant sexy into their 70s.
