Maybe it's me, but saying World Heavyweight Champion, Hunter Hearst Helmsley still sounds weird. Thank God he changed it to Triple H.

His first name certainly isn't Triple, and his last name isn't H.

 

Even nowadays people still call him Hunter; I recall Batista calling him that a few times as well. To say his first name is Triple and his last name is H is idiotic.

Yeah that is silly. HHH's name isn't literally Triple H now, it's just an abbreviated form of Hunter Hearst Helmsley. I think most any wrestling fan knows his full name, know what I mean?

I wouldn't necessarily say that all wrestling fans know his full name, as I don't recall him being called "Hunter Hearst Helmsley" fully for several years. Any fan starting at 01 or 02 may not know. But yeah, it's clear that Triple H are his initials and his first name is Hunter.

I knew a few people who would have bought Christian as a main eventer in the months after WM 20, when he had Trish and Tomko in his corner. Personally, I would have rather had Christian challenge Benoit at Badd Blood, if it hadn't been for his back injury just before that.

I was a huge Christian fan back in his E&C days, but he really just doesn't fit well as a main eventer. He's small with really weak offense, and that's a lethal combination. There's nothing about him that make people think he should be able to beat the top guys.

 

He's great in a tag team setting, and he does pretty well in the upper midcard too. But as a real main eventer, he just doesn't fit.

Christian has never screamed "Main Eventer" to me. There's nothing in his offence that says "I could beat Shawn Michaels" and everyone knows that if you want to be a good main event heel, you've got to beat the crap out of HBK.
